    The only complaint I have towards Culvers is whatever new bacon they started using since last year just hasnt been the same. The bacon they used previously was always great. Other than that I will still always have love for Culvers but coming to any location now. I love bacon burgers but any Culvers location is starting to ruin it for me with the change in bacon brand or quality. I order it extra crispy now and sometimes its good and other times it doesnt even look crispy enough or the texture of the bacon isnt crispy. I strongly believe its not the cooks 100% fault. Part of it has to be the specific brand. It would be nice to see the old brand come back.

    Culver's is amazing! The service and food are the best. At a corporate level, complete opposite! Terrible! Order a gift card for my ********* and paid an extra $12.95 to have two day delivery. Twelve days later, I just received it. Email them requesting a refund of the $12.95. Never received more pathetic responses. Clearly, they did not read the email, I just received incorrect answers about the shipment, even though it can be clearly tracked by ****** What a dark stain on such an amazing product.

    I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received at this Culver’s location. I initially called to address a concern and was connected with a representative named Devin. However, the call was soon transferred to another individual, who, to my surprise, asked if I could spell his name. I found this to be an unnecessary and unprofessional question that only added to my frustration. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily complicated, as if they were making things difficult for no reason.
    I was then transferred to Myles, the manager on duty, who seemed unprepared to resolve the issue. Despite the general manager supposedly coaching him, the situation remained unresolved, which led to me feeling increasingly frustrated with the lack of competence and clear communication.
    To make matters worse, Brittany, who later joined the call, asked irrelevant questions like what kind of car I drive, which seemed completely unrelated to the issue at hand. She explained that one of their team members was still learning the system, but this should not have impacted the level of customer service I received. It’s understandable that employees need to be trained, but that does not excuse the lack of professionalism I experienced.
    The final straw was when Brittany abruptly hung up on me after falsely accusing me of threatening her. This is not only completely untrue but also unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and integrity, and that did not happen here.
    I would appreciate it if the owner or a senior member of management could contact me directly to discuss this matter further. The level of service I encountered is not reflective of the Culver’s brand, and I hope this issue is addressed appropriately.

    Trash company. Sent in a concern and they just ignored me. No follow up. Local restaurant is filthy and the employees handle cash with gloves that they touch food with. Calling health department.
