1 starhad them over for tuneups of my furnace and ac. had some problems with both thought they did we ll until i started to use my ac after their tune-up it worked better but started to hear a strange noises today i thought i would just tyr the blower and sure enough thats where its coming from never heard it before they worked on it. called them up today about it and thought they would come out and take a look to see but of course i would have to pay a visit payment even tho it started to happen after they worked on my utilitys good luck peopleReview fromJulie C

1 starI had a wax ring replaced on my toilet on 9-1-2023 and on 9-5-2023 water was leaking from beneath the toilet going on to the floor. On 9-6-2023, Building Waters sent 2 employees to fix the problem. They said they tightened the toilet and not sure if they replace the wax ring again. I went into the bathroom 6 hours later to find water on the floor again. I used a flashlight to see where the water is coming from only to find a clear sealant was put all around the bottom of the toilet. I have pictures where you can see the water seeping through the sealant. Almost positive that my Dad would have said what shotty service that was. I would like the owner to come out and see what was done and if he would like that in his house. After two times of "fixing" the leak, not sure what to do now.

I agree ! Its poor customer service, that is not ** as a company and I cannot respond to a complaint unless you as a customer request to speak to me and express your complaint this is the first time of hearing about this .. I will research my records find out the story and reach out to the customer and make it right by them . Companies are not always perfect and sometimes there are problems, its how the business resolves those problems is how you define a business we try to do right by all our customers
