      New Electric clothes dryer purchased 9/29/2018. Cycle selection timing k*** is locked up and will not come on. Claim was filed in late February 2023. Warranty inspection was performed on March 8, 2023.Part not available according to the assigned warranty repair company in **********, ******. Multiple calls to Speed Queen have not resulted in a repair or replacement. We have spoken to 3 different employees at Speed Queen on several occasions as well as the salesperson who sold ** the appliance. We were told they are escalating our case. Our machine is registered with the company. Photos of sales receipt and limited warranty information were emailed to the company on June 5, 2023. Machine warranty does not expire until this Fall 2023.Company did not offer another dryer when we asked, and our claim seems to be getting kicked down the road and we are getting the run around. As a retired couple, we are very disappointed and inconvenienced making weekly 8 mile trips to the laundry mat to dry our clothes. This is now June. Please help ** get our dryer fixed, replaced or a refund.

      Purchase a new washer. Motor was making terrible noice. Was very loud and wasnt wasnt washing clothes. Repair man through warranty replaced the motor and it made the sound worse. Thought it might be the brackets to the transmission. M Long story short washer is not fixed and no one will call me back. I just want my washer replaced.

      My washer is under warranty and can not be repaired. Alliance offered to settle by paying me for the washer so I can buy a new one. I agreed to this. This started in January 2023. I have not heard from them as I need a new washer. The serial number of the washer is **********.

      Regarding the above complaint, despite being promised a pro-rated settlement I am still waiting to hear from anybody.   Still no word from Speedqueen. Pretty much gave up at this point.  The least BBB can do it give Speed Queen a negative rating.

      We purchased a Speed Queen dryer on March 13. It was picked up and installed on March 18, On April 7th the dryer stop operating. In less than three weeks a brand supposedly know for it's endurance failed. We immediately called the Appliance store where we purchased it and they called Speed Queen for service. Of course we heard nothing back from them since it was Friday. On Monday the 10th we heard nothing in the morning. My husband called to find out what was going on. He was told that a work order was issued. He finds out that the appliance repair service we were assigned was not coming to April 18th. We were appalled. We have a dryer that is less than three weeks old and now we have to wait a week and a half to have it fixed. We immediately told Speed Queen and the appliance store where we purchased it that the situation was unacceptable. We called Speed Queen personally and waited over an hour for representative and was disconnected. We have contacted Speed Queen customer service through their web page/ Contact us several times and have not received the information we are searching for, On April 18 the technician showed up at our house and immediately determined that the dryer needed a new motor, Parts have been sent to our house but we are expected to wait another week before it will be fixed. The entire experience has been a nightmare. We have wasted so much of our own time to fix this issue. When you spend $1400 on a dryer and it breaks in less than three weeks you expect better customer service and a quicker response.

      We purchased this new stackable washer and dryer unit on October 28th, 2022 through *******************. Our laundry room was not completed yet so the unit remained stored in the original box until the unit was installed in laundry room of RV Park. Issues: 1) The unit does not work properly since day one of installation. We have attempted to contact SpeedQueen directly as well as ******************* sales person and customer service. I have been unable to reach anyone who can help upon calling SpeedQueen (only able to speak to someone from SpeedQueen one time total as all other messages and email requests to SpeedQueen have been ignored). that there is a special department that handles commercial products and was give a number for the vend department but this goes directly to a voicemail that goes unanswered. I have attempted to request service through the SpeedQueen online form as well, no reply from them. We finally gave up and started trying to watch ******* videos on repair. These videos State that you can reset the control panel which might correct the issue by using the control panel key to open control panel and reset from there. 2) The key that opens the control panel for washer and dryer was not sent with the unit. We requested this key through ******************* as well as tried contacting SpeedQueen directly on numerous occasions. We still have not been sent this key. Were given incorrect info from ******************* customer service, ******, who said she reached someone from SpeedQueen service regarding the issue. They then said offered to sell us a coin box key (which we purchased and already have - this is NOT the control panel key). Salesperson is ************************* - also unhelpful. 3) We paid $5571.83 for this unit, Allstate warranty, and one coin box (ordered a second coin box later for an additional cost too). We have never been able to open the laundry room to customers as it does not work. Model# STGNCASP115TW01

      I purchased a speed queen laundry set in March 18, 2023. It is now April 19, 2023. It has been a whole month and my speed queen washing machine is still not fixed. This is pure customer neglect. I have been trying to return the machine and get a refund at this point. However, Speed Queen will not take back this defected machine nor replace it (even if it was less than a month into warranty). It's very clear to me that this machine is a lemon as it was bought new and only worked for 1 wash before proceeding to break down completely. Speed queen, keeps insisting on having a technician fix it, however, The technician has come by 2 times to attempt to fix it and is suppose to come a 3rd time (they still have not confirmed when they will be able to return, as they do not currently have the part they now need). This is not okay. This washing machine is clearly a lemon. It appears, if the technician were to get the machine to start to working, I am more than certain it will only work short term. I do not have any sort of confidence in this specific machine, as I believe it to be a lemon and would like to have it replaced Immediately. I have been very patience. The technician had advised ** the first time to have the machine replaced. Speed Queen however, keeps refusing and keeps sending the technician with parts to replace.... I am done waiting. I haven't been able to wash my clothes comfortably for what is considered to be over a month now. I paid over $2,000 for this set. This was an investment for me meant to be a long term solution. This has turned out to be nothing other than a long term nightmare.

      I have Not had anyone contact me from Speed Queen.

      I just had the technician come to my house for the 3rd time.

      He replaced another part of the washing machine and the washing machine still does NOT work.

      This machine needs to be replace ASAP. it has been over a month that I have to go to a laundry mat to wash my clothes.

      I am being forced to spend money, and time to wash my clothes. when I paid over $2,000 for this speed queen washer and dryer set.

      This extremally unacceptable. This has created such a bad experience for me with Speed Queen. 

      The way this is not being taking as urgent, is very concerning for me.

      Purchased the Speedqueen washer in November of 2021. Model # is AWN632SP116TW02, Serial# is ****************** code is ********. Just before the 1 year anniversary of owning the washer it was noticed that soap suds were coming out of the drain stack. The wall behind my washer is damaged and the paint is peeling off. I called SpeedQueen and spoke to customer service and gave them my email address and was told the situation would be expedited . I never heard back from them. I also contacted the appliance store where washer was purchased and they came out several times and replaced the mixing valve, motor, motherboard ( thats what I call it) and added a drain stack adapter. In the meantime of all of this I was taking pictures and videos of what and when it was occurring ( soap suds). I finally found the individual( their email address) that was supposed to respond to me through a ************** for Speedqueen. I sent the pictures and video to him/her. Still no response for quite awhile. When I did get a response I received a copy paste on using vinegar for an initial clean out for build up (really?)and to use it 2 cups in tub and 1 in fabric softener dispenser) and to do this for as long as it would take to go through a bottle of fabric softener. I did do this. I am still getting soap suds out of the drain stack (during spin cycle). I took pictures again and sent them. Its been since February and still no response from customer service. I am not the only one experiencing this I issue. There are ******* videos with comments of others going through this . I can provide the links if SpeedQueen would like them. The appliance store has closed the ticket on my issue because there isnt anything else for them to replace to solve the problem. I still have my washer pulled out from the wall, rags stuffed around the drain stack,and a damaged wall I cant repair until the issue is resolved.

      My dryer has been serviced 3 TIMES and replaced once since installation. (a little over a year ago) My most recent issue, the heating element BURNED AND FELL OFF MY DRYER IN LESS THAN 18 MONTHS!!!! (hello - can you say fire ******!!!) I have spent more time in a laundromat PAYING to dry my clothes than I ever have in my entire life since owning the TR7 set. I have spent between countless trips well over $200 at the laundromat. ***** (CS supervisor) had seen all of my issues and promised that next time a replacement dryer will be sent and offered a check of $100 within ***** business days back on March 7th. I have called COUNTLESS times following up on the check, each time being blown off and told to wait longer and that there were back office accounting issues. It has been a month; I was told call back AGAIN on April 7th had I still not had the check. Have been on hold for CS for over an hour today. CS department FAILED to turn on the out of office for the holiday call center prompt. Found this out after calling at 2:20pm today - someone finally did their job. I want my check that was promised ASAP and additional compensation for all the WASTED TIME and HORRIBLE CS. As a supervisor, I would expect her to stay on top of things and not make an already frustrated customer who regrets her purchase even angrier!

      Date of the transaction - 10/11/2022 Purchased new Speed Queen Washer and Dryer set for $3,016.66 Purchased from ******************************, Order #S1767939 We purchased the washer and dry set brand new, and these were the highest priced Speed Queen set on the sales floor at the time and highly recommended with a 10-year warranty. A couple of months after we received the set, both the washer and dryer started making loud squeaking noises. I contacted Speed Queen Warranty, who told me that we were not in their network area, so they had no one to send out for us. We were told to arrange our own repairs, then they would supposedly reimburse us. We were also told if the repair was going to be over $250, they have to pre-authorize the work and we had to wait before getting the work done. I'm betting they would refuse to do it if that was the case. We live in a small town, and I arranged for the only repair person in town to come out and see if he could find the issue. He could not. So, here we are with a very expensive washer and dryer set that are squeaking loudly and no resolution in sight. We also made the decision to purchase the more expensive set mainly due to the 10-year warranty offered. Had we known we could not ever get these worked on because where we live, we would definitely not purchased them. I think at a minimum, the Speed Queen company should replace the set. We also contacted **** Appliance, where we purchased them, and they could not help us. This is very unfair. I had my last washer and dryer set for 19 years. I thought this set would last me as long, not 2 months without issues!
