Attached is the invoice for the Speed Queen dryer I purchased through *******************. it gives an error message after every cycle requiring you to unplug, wait 5 minutes and replug in order to restart a new cycle. Gator Appliance Repair came and took away the computer board saying they have been faulty lately. It has been almost two weeks and they can give me no eta for replacement. Allianz Laundry which is Speed Queen has a 4 hour wait to talk to customer service. But even then they do not call you back when they say they will. i demand a refund.Business Response

On 3/9/2024 I ordered two skin serums from SkinCeuticals for the amount of $292.72. I had previously ordered a serum from this company and had an account. When I clicked submit via Apple Pay I realized my old address was the shipping address. I immediately tried to cancel the order and when I realized I couldnt I called the company (within 10 minutes of ordering). The person with SkinCeuticals told me there was no way to cancel the order (though it was not processed or shipped) that I had to wait until it was delivered and file a claim with **** So I waited for an email that it was delivered and I never got one so I tracked the package and it was delivered on 3/14/2024. I called *** from the number SkinCeuticals provided me and told them what happened and because it was the address that was on the label and it was delivered to the address per label they could not do anything and it was not even a correct process. I called SkinCeuticals back and they told me there was nothing that could be done. I explained fully what happened and they can see it clearly and they have basically told me there is nothing they can do at all. Knowing it was delivered to the wrong address and I have no way of recovering the package. They seem to have just developed the policy if you order it there is nothing that can be done past the submit button. My order number is SKC_04927986 Tracking number: 12RX23700304679950 These were serums for a medical condition that I need. Recommended by a dermatologist. We purchased a new SpeedQueen TR7 washer on December 22, 2022. Since then, we have had a total of 3 electrical board failures. Each time we have filed a complaint with Speedqueen, it has taken them weeks to reply and get a tech out to try and fix the issue. At one point, Speedqueen also sent an incorrect replacement board which the tech was unable to install, resulting in yet another service call later on when the correct part arrived.As it's the 3 instance of the same issue, we have asked Speedqueen to remove the TR7 from our house at their expense, sell us a new, unused, non-refurbished, non-floor model TR5 machine, and refund us the difference in price, which comes out of to $445.57.The TR5 machine has older style rotary dial controls, whereas the TR7 has touchpad controls. Our thinking has been that the TR5 would not suffer from the same issue the TR7 is plagued by.Speedqueen has refused our fair offer, and insists on trying to fix the issue once again, and they suggest replacing the touch pad may resolve the issue. We have no confidence in the actual unit we have and believe it to be a "lemon," given it has suffered a third board failure. Each time there is a service call, we have to take time off of work to be home so that the tech can access the machine. We paid $1,700+ for the TR7, as we had faith Speedqueen would be reliable. Not only has it not been, their customer service has been less than ideal, at times going over a month before responding, despite repeated calls and emails from our end.Nevertheless, we have offered to remain a customer, albeit with their seemingly less complex TR5 model. We feel this is a fair offer, and mutually beneficial in the long term. We see it as futile exercise to try and keep repairing a machine we have lost complete confidence in. With a toddler in our household, we need a laundry machine we can rely on. We are disappointed Speedqueen is unwilling to step up and do the right thing.Business Response

Gas dryer purchased in 2018, still under warranty, does not shut off. Have had five service calls on it. Speed Queen tried to tell me it was a venting problem. Changed venting to be 100% compliant with their specs, problem persisted. Now they say dryer is being overloaded. But it does not shut off drying two sweatshirts and pair blue jeans. Pure BS from them. They don't know how to fix it. This dryer is a fire hazard. It's burning our clothes. We have to use kitchen timer to check that it's still counting down on the time.Business Response

So as of this date (3/17/2024) nothing has happened. Let's review the history here. After three previous service calls in which no action was taken, on the fourth call on 2/27/2024 Speed Queen only responded because I filed a complaint with the ** DATCP. Speed Queen's technical support told the technician working on the dryer that the problem was how it was vented. I quickly proved that this claim was false by installing venting that was 100% compliant with Speed Queen's specifications, with the overheating problem continuing. On 3/8/2024 Speed Queen sent out another repair service. They walked in the door saying they've seen this problem before and knew how to fix it. However, they then said that Speed Queen no longer supported that fix and that the problem was the result of our overloading the dryer. I have photographic evidence that this is false also. The dryer repeatedly stops the timer countdown at 10 minutes with three or four articles of clothing in the dryer. Is Speed Queen saying that we can only dry one article of clothing at a time? Ridiculous! I have to think that they have a design problem in the motherboard that they can not or will not acknowledge or fix. Finally, if the dryer senses moisture and temperature, why is it not designed to shut off when it is overheating?.

Speed Queen washing machine quit working after 6 months. Thank goodness it has an excellent warranty, right? I contacted customer service (48 minute wait time) they sent me a list of service providers who are contracted to do warranty work for them. I called all 7 on the list. Only one would even be willing to come out to our area and would charge us a $200 mileage fee!!! Speed Queen said they would see about getting this waived or find another service provider and get back with me. NEVER did so I had to call them AGAIN! They said I could have someone of my liking come out, but they will have to order any parts through them and would take up to 3 weeks. I asked for a supervisor to call me back. I have called them back several times. I have emailed them several times with no resolution on this!! I have to call in every time to get any response or update and it is always a 45 minute to 2 hour wait!! Speed Queen customer service is a JOKE! Horrible horrible horrible!Business Response

My husband bought me a speed queen washer and dryer July of 23 from ***************** ******* **. I had heard great things about the speed queen so wanted to love them but that was not the case. The washer does not get my clothes clean and the dryer ***** my clothes literally melts them. I contacted ******* appliance and asked for a refund, he explained that it is speed queens policy to come fix the problem so they sent out a technician and he was unable to find anything wrong with the dryer and told me that speed queen told him the vent must be dirty. The vent was cleaned spotless and it still melted my clothes. I have tried emailing and calling speed queen with no response. Now as far as the washer goes. It does not wash my clothes. They come out just as dirty as when I put them in. I pretreated a pair of jeans folding them as I pretreated and washed on the setting for the dirtiest clothes even adding a 2 hour soak cycle. And when I opened the washing machine when the wash was complete. The jeans were still folded. How in the heck would that get anything clean! I put clothes that have food crust on them in the wash and they come out still crusty. We paid $3,500 for these machines and I expect them to work like a $3,500 machine. The dryer has ruined well over $1,000 in clothing and blankets and I can not keep throwing away money! I am a very unsatisfied customer and would like my money to be refunded completely. Not only is the machines very poor quality but the customer service I have received is even worse!Business Response

I have been a user of ******************************************************************** form over ******************************************************************************** June 2023. After installation, we notice strong gas odor. Speed Queen sent a technician who claimed nothing was wrong. We then called in the gas company who immediately red tagged the machine as unsafe due to gas leak. Speed Queen send another technician after extensive wait time who replaced the coil. The machine is still leaking gas and is deemed unsafe and health hazard to use specially with presence of little kids at home. Moreover, the washer started to leak water as well. We have been trying for over 2 months to get Speed Queen to respond and resolve the issue. We have no working washer and dryer at home for months and no action to rectify this issue from the company. It is clear that they sold us a lemon and they are not standing by their warranty and their products.Business Response

Bought a washer and dryer (speedqueen) end of December. From electronic express. This set runs 1500$ due to advertised as a commercial equipment. By Jan. *** dryer stopped heating. Due to said warranty. Service had to be contacted. 3 weeks later they came out. *** cause was a faulty connection and a burnt wire. He cut it and put a new connection on it began to heat. 2 hours later it stopped heating again. Due to this being a burned wire connection. I called again to service which is 3 weeks out again. I have called speed queen multiple times. Even asking for a new unit or refund due to the nature of problem. ***y have wrote emails and advised of warranty info. We Brought this SpeedQueen Brand new set in early january. We wanted the best washer set for our new house and when we tried to use it for the first time a week later after purchase. the washer on rinse cycle started making a loud knocking and scraping sound. so we called the company who we brought it from, and from that day they have lied to us every time we spoke with Appliances Connect. until we couldnt take it anymore after 3 whole weeks of them telling us they would refund our money and have a trucking company come get the set. To telling us speedQueen wont reund or fix the washer. So we called SpeedQueen directly and they stated that they never said that. So SpeedQueen Got a tech to come out 3 days later and the tech did a rinse cycle and saw what the washer was doing and he stated, The washer shouldn't be doing this! so he called the company SpeedQueen and SpeedQueen told the tech, that this is normal. But it isnt normal because it dont state that anywhere in the manual! Or there wasn't ANY DISPLAY ABOUT THE WASHER MAKING THE LOUD KNOCKING AND SCRAPPING AND SHAKING ALL OVER THE ****** So We called back Appliances Connect and spoke with ******** AND HIS Supervisor *****. and ****** calls us back after weeks of of him not, wanting to speak with us as ******** stated. *************** us me and my wife *************************. if we want to return the speed queen set, then we would have to pay the shipping freight with ****** then ***** calls us back later that same day and says, he think the problem might be the bracket that hasn't been removed. So ***** the Supervisor of Appliances Connect. Said he would send tech to see if the bracket was removed but, we will have to pay out of pocket the tech for coming. Guess who shows up? The same tech speed queen sent, and he removed the Bracket and did another RINSE CYCLE and the same the same issue continued. And we paid this tech *****. for NOTHING! He ripped us off!
