      The guys did an excellent job on resurfacing my garage floor. One thing that really stands out , is that we had some rain , and they did not rush the job to complete, due to rain. They pushed the project out a day, even though their schedules are timely and need to keep on schedule, but I see it that for them to push it out a day, really shows that Quality is their main goal, and not quantity. Great Job !!! I highly recommend Superior Garage Flooring Co.

      Be very careful about the warranty. It only covers if the pieces flick off which never happens. This makes the warranty worthless. I had our garage floor done with some patches worked on. This cracked but wasn't covered under warranty. It wasn't cracking because of owner neglect and I believe the patching didn't hold. It cost me $150. I'm not a satisfied customer. I didn't read the fine lines in the warranty. It doesn't cover much!!

      Coating systems of any kind including a hardware store DIY coating do not crack on their own. Any cracking that comes about is by the slab moving or shifting. (Ground settles under slabs over time which can allow movement). We have no control over that and that is why we can not warrant cracking. There was no owner neglect, just structural circumstances beyond both our control. What we can control and warrant 100% is any peeling or delimitation from the concrete surface. We do not have any "fine lines" in any of our documents or communication. Our proposals are only 2 pages with all the same print size throughout. I am copying below the warranty that has been in place since 2010 and was provided 4 times to you on the original proposal, 1st invoice, 2nd invoice and final receipt. We include it on all of those documents to ensure communication and clarity. Warranty (Warranty is not transferable or assignable)Superior Garage Floor Limited Lifetime Guarantee warrants any surface coating delamination or peeling from the concrete surface. Warranty applies to residential garages. Commercial warranty timeframe specified with coating system service description.Warranty does not apply to; Concrete failure under the applied coating system. (heaving, popping, corroding, etc.) Cracking of any kind. Cracking is caused by concrete movement, shifting, settling, etc. Hydrostatic pressure, moisture intrusion or any other moisture related issue. Damage incurred by customer negligence or abuse. Exposure to battery acid or Acts of God

      I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the people at Superior Garage Floor. The floor looks great and the team cleaned up each day leaving me without a mess. Through the years, I have had three floors done by three different companies. Superior Garage Floor is by far the best experience I have had! I wholeheartedly would recommend them!

      Very professional and did a great clean up job. The floor looks beautiful. The price was reasonable. I am happy with the results. Someone walking by walked up to look at the floor and is having their garage floor done in 2 weeks!

      I was exceptionally happy with the results of the installation and finished product which Superior Garage Floor installed recently. It was a huge improvement of the multiple cracked up concrete of our garage floor.All staff at Superior Garage Floor made setting up my time for the installation and successful completion of my new garage floor very easy to accomplish.
