      Ordered a backhoe thumb they shipped according to them I received a empty box no thumb inside box was busted open all taped up I called them to tell them what happened they said they would file complaint with *** for loss than send me another thumb I waited for 2 weeks with no response so I called them they wanted me to reorder another thumb and buy it again when I was already charged for the one that was lost I ask for a refund or another thumb and they just beat around the **** and don't take care of the problem so frustrating to deal with an incompetent business like this

      The consumer didn't receive the item so we were going to ship out a new one. He then filed a complaint against his credit card company, they reversed the charge and he still wants us to send him a new one. Shopify closed the claim he had open in our favor because of all of the evidence we submitted that the credit card took the money back. We told him he has to order a new one. We have it packaged up and ready to go once he places the order. He said he was going to and never did.

      **** sold me a $5500 Lane Shark brush cutter to use with my 2021 Badboy 4035CH tractor. Before purchasing the Lane Shark, I asked if it was compatible with my tractor. They knew my tractor because they had recently serviced it. They assured me the Lane Shark would work with it.Within the first few hours of using the Lane Shark, the motor on it failed and sprayed gallons of hydraulic fluid. The Lane Shark was not compatible with my tractor because the hydraulic return line on the tractor was pressurized. They said nothing about needing to install a third line on my tractor in order to use the product they wanted to see me.**** then charged me for both the new Lane Shark motor and the non-pressurized return line install on the tractor.**** business model - give customers bad info to make big sales. When the bad info causes customers ******************** to break, charge them to fix it.

      I bought a 2024 LS Tractor MT242 from ****** ****** at **** Equipment in *********, it now has only 20 hours on the tractor and no longer runs. I contacted ****** via phone message on 08/31/24 to tell him about the issues and did not expect a return call until 09/03/24 but he never called so I called again on 09/04/24 with no answer so i feared they closed down for good which I feared when I bought it by the looks of the way they were conducting business there, so I call the other 3 stores they have in ** and they told me they do not service LS tractors that they are a Polaris dealer ship so that *** told me he would have the owner **** call me , which he did and said he contact ****** to have him call me ( he never called ) until I left a goggle review and then ****** calls me at 9:30pm cursing me out, so I ended that call and here we are. I had a mobile diesel company come out to fix it but after the $ 300 service call they told me the fix could cost up to $ ***** but would not know they tow the vehicle in there shop to test it further. I am looking for the $ ***** for the repairs to be mailed to: **************************************

      I've bought a tractor package a yanmar 424 tractor with loader,pallet forks,and a hitch. They didnt have forks at the time of purchase which was 2019 after 3months of waiting there mechanic gave me an old used set to use till my new ones got there. I have yet to get my new set. I call quite often and they keep putting me off with excuses.Now they tell me it's been to long they are not going to give me my new set of forks. Also my son also bought a tractor there had a problem with the 4x4 which has 10yr warranty called numerous times to get it fixed they never call back
