      I bought a 2024 LS MT242HCL tractor from Lang Equipment Hudson WI Kellen ********** on 03/29/24 and it now has 20 hours on the tractor when it stopped running so I called and left messages to get them to do a service call but got no phone call back, so I called their 3 other stores asking for help but I was told they do not service the LS tractors they just service Polaris ATV’s. Finally got a call from owner Nate and said he would make sure Kellen would call me to help me get it serviced (no call back from Kellen), until he got his negative review on ****** so Kellen calls me a 9:30pm cursing me out so I had to end that call and now make this a legal matter. Kellen mislead me when I purchased the tractor because I asked him if I ever need service would he help and of coarse he told me what I wanted to hear. I can not believe LS Tractor LLC would ever sell tractors that do not service what they sell. This has been a total nightmare and I wished I would have just bought a Deere. I am buying a second tractor this year and will NOT make the same mistake twice. BUYERS BEWARE OF LANG EQUIPMENT

      "I bought a 2024 ** MT242HCL tractor from **** Equipment ********* ************************* on 03/29/24 and it now has 20 hours on the tractor when it stopped running so I called and left messages to get them to do a service call but got no phone call back," - He left a message on 9/2/2024 (Labor Day) @ 11:31 AM - We were closed for Labor Day."so I called their 3 other stores asking for help but I was told they do not service the ** tractors they just service Polaris ATVs." - 09/03/2024 at 1:27 PM - Myself, ***************** the owner was at the Wausau shop, which is not an ** dealer heard the conversation with **** who tried to tell him we are not an ** dealer, we are a powersports shop that services Polaris in ******. He should call ****** as they are an ** dealer. ************* me the message, and I personally returned the call and explained to him that ***** was assigned to his repair order and would be calling him, as I could not fix the machine for him because I am not a tech. He hung up the phone with me and called the Marshfield store and talked to *****. ***** told him that ***** was with a customer and he would call him when he was free. Between 1:41 and 2:00 PM ***** made a call to the phone number given when **** purchased the tractor and the phone was unable to take a message." Finally got a call from owner **** and said he would make sure ****** would call me to help me get it serviced" - I told him that ***** would call him and this was actually the same phone call that I just wrote about."until he got his negative review on Goggle so ****** calls me a 9:30pm cursing me out so I had to end that call and now make this a legal matter." - ****** did not call him at 9:30 PM. I did, he did not answer, on the 3rd call I left him my personal cell to call, which he never returned a call to me.****** called and texted Wednesday morning to which he did not answer until 12:11 PM when **** called Kellen and I was on the phone with Kellen so he merged the call and I muted my phone. - ****** told *************** that we are more than happy to come over and pickup his tractor and bring it back and fix it, we have a trailer and a winch and we do it all the time if someone has an issue. He also said that if you want someone to help you it is not the best way to go about trying to get something done by bashing them online. *************** told us we would ruin his lawn during the conversation and hung up on ****** and proceeded to write more negative reviews and complain to **. During the conversation ****** did not use a single curse word.**************** believes he should go to the front of the line and wants to be taken care of before others that already had their stuff in for service. That is not how it works. We assigned it to ***** so we have one point of contact for service and the issue is being taken care of by one Service Writer that can get the details needed to do the job. Instead *************** tried to get people from other locations that don't know anything about ** Tractors involved. We are more than happy to take care of the issue. But the expectation that we will do it outside at his house is not plausible. The expectation that we stop working on machines that we have parts for to work on his before finishing the other ones is not fair to customers that are were in line before him.
