      I ordered a filter for my dishwasher on 3/3/24 for $29 and it had expected an delivery of 3/8/24-3/20/24. It is currently 4/28/24 and I still have not received my order. I have emailed them several times as well as reached out to their help desk and have never gotten a response.

      I recently on Nov.15/23 ordered a spider arm for my washer from Certified-Parts. I have yet to hear back about my order being shipped. I have tried emailing, calling and ******** message and no one has gotten back to me. Not a way to do business.

      I placed an order for a control switch for a stove. Later on it was found that the switch was not the problem on the stove. So about an hour later the business was contacted on the original email to please cancel the order which ended up in an automated reply. Then, nothing happened other than my card was charged. I replied to the automated message but no answer. Giving them some time i sent another email one week later to the email address provided on their webpage asking to cancel the order which ended up in another automated email. Shortly after i got an email stating that the part will now be shipped. After i told them 3 times to please cancel the order.The part has now arrived. So i sent another email asking how to return the part and get a refund since i don't feel like i should have to pay for return shipping or any handling fees. Again automated answer and nothing else. Tried to call the number on their webpage but number won't connect. Funny thing is this area code 909 is in San Bernadino County, **. Not in Wisconsin. Seems like a big scam to me. I feel taken advantage of and would like to send their part back but i'm worried that i'll pay for shipping and never get a refund.

      Ordered a part for my washer on 10-28-2023. Contacted company via chat bot and was promised he had eighteen orders in front of me but assured it would go out next day. Its been ten days since my order and 8 days from order being completed and was just issued a tracking number that says sticker has been made. I have reached back out by email and by chat bot saying all operators are busy.

      I placed an order on 3/2/2023. The funds were withdrawn immediately from my account. The order sat dormant until I raised issue two weeks later. The order was downgraded to a lesser part quality and a partial refund was issued. - This I understand, stock levels may have not been accurate, and I was happy with how it was handled. the order confirmation states that "Our shipping department has received the item(s). The shipping confirmation along with the tracking number will be posted once the package is scheduled for the shipping carrier to pick up". However, it is now 3/27/23 and there has been zero activity regarding the order. A tracking number has not been issued, and there has not been any further communication.I attempted to reach customer service by phone only to be sent to voicemail. Their online chat tool did not offer a resolve as "Our operators are busy at the moment".I cannot recommend any orders be placed with this company and would advise that they be avoided for consumer and business needs.
