      Ordered a microwave part from Certified Parts. Part arrived 2 weeks later, and it was the correct part. Certified Parts website states they have a Hassle-Free Returns policy. Attempted to return the part within their 30-day time frame. The part is unused and still in original packaging. Numerous attempts over a 2-week period to use the website 'Returns' link, it never recognized my order number and zip code. Contacted Certified Parts 3 times via their e-mail support address, with no response or guidance on assisting me to initiate this return. There are many other vendors out there who provide much better customer support. I could be wrong, but I suspect Certified Parts does not have an inventory, but they will order your part from another vendor, then send that part to you. And any returns would create a storage/inventory problem for Certified Parts.

      Like the other review said. My parts haven't arrived and it's been 5 weeks ****** tracking number and the company will not respond to any correspondence.Unless you like being ripped off, avoid it.

      Customer service is HORRIBLE. When you select the option to speak to a customer service agent no one ever answers. When you leave a message no one calls you back. When you use their live chat feature no one responds. When you email, no one replies. I ordered a part two weeks ago and can’t get in touch with them to see what the status is. Unless you like terrible customer service…avoid.

      I contacted Certified Parts and spoke with ****** about getting a Warranty Replacement for a Microwave Control Board. Wow! Great conversation! This is a man who really wants to do his best for his customers. ****** has a very personable style. He strikes me as a quintessential Armenian entrepreneur. Diligent. Hard working. Expressive. Conversational. He definitely knows Appliance Parts. ****** said that the replacement Boards should last 10 years. He suspected that the Fan or Turntable Motor might be going bad and drawing too many Amps and overheating the Board. He also suspected that excess voltage might be the issue, with the Wiring Harness touching metal, drawing too much voltage and destroying the resistors. ****** asked me to keep all my damaged Control Boards. He said if the replacement Board they're sending me fails in the next few years, even beyond the Warranty period, I should send them all the damaged Boards, they will figure out what is going wrong and they'll get things taken care of. As ****** said, "We got you." I will be sent a replacement Board now and only need to pay the shipping. Very reasonable. Oh, and I have read reviews complaining about the Shipping Times. ****** actually addressed that very issue during our conversation. He said he was proud of the quality of the replacement parts they offered, but he recognized that they were not being consistent with getting their products shipped out as promptly as they would wish. He struck me as someone who took this deficiency very seriously and said that in 6 to 7 months he expected they would "have their ducks in a row." Personally, I had no problems whatsover with shipping times of the Control Board I ordered in February 2023. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I fully expect the same thing to happen with this new replacement Board they'll send out to me. Cheers fellow DIY Appliance Savers from Landfills.
