      Impossible to get answers from phone calls even after leaving messages. Also no answers from emails sent requesting help. This is day 4 after I submitted an order online, but never received a receipt, email, call, or anything. The charge, however, immediately appeared on my online credit listings. It is so frustrating that NO ONE can be contacted in ANY WAY! On one occasion I spoke to a kitchen worker who said she could do nothing about on-line orders. I asked several times about being able to speak to a supervisor or "higher-up,"but she said no one was around and never got back to me. I still don't know where my order is or if it even IS, except I paid them for it. Wish I could find a way to get help!
