    Upon driving to *************, ** in early 2024, there was no heat in our ********** referral of our family member, we brought our vehicle there to Second Street Auto Clinic for ********* early 2025, it was found that 5 snap bolts for the plastic cover over the radiator were missing where work was done by Second Street Auto Clinic in ******************** to replace two radiator hoses on our vehicle. The radiator cover is loose and is held in place by only one remaining bolt. All bolts were definitely present there before repair at this auto ******* work on the radiator or battery has been done on this vehicle since then. This issue was discovered much later while I was looking for access to replace a burnt-out lamp in the front.I requested that **** ***** at this business ship to us the missing snap bolts free of charge to our home at:***************************************** ****** email replies have been quite unprofessional along with some snide comments and personal slights as well.**** has been silent for a few weeks and has not given us any updates or any idea if or when the missing bolts had been ordered or when they might arrive.
