    We brought our ****** there for radiator hose repair while visiting from out of town. They did NOT put back our radiator grill cover with the necessary 5 snap bolts so it was found loose after work from this shop. To make matters worse, shop manager **** ***** did not reply to my email with photos, and his later response to his customer was of spiteful insults and unprofessional conduct, borderline abusive, writing to me, "...and might I suggest that you look under your hood more often than every 14 months."If you have a customer service issue with this business, expect **** ***** to escalate tensions instead of resolve issues.Avoid this shop.
