      They mysteriously raised my premium by $100 and when I called, they told me it was because I didn't disclose an accident I had 3 years ago which I did. Emailed them too and they gave me a different reason why my premium went up and that was because "they had failed to receive valid driver's license information" which first of all how do you even get insurance with the wrong driver's license information?! You know it's a scam when they give you two different reasons why they're raising your premium. Their company is filled with greedy bottom feeding conartists and I will never ever go back to Dairyland. Avoid at all costs.

      I can never get a hold of claims adjuster for simple questions. He wont answer the phone or text until hours later. He has to have the worse phone for conducting important business for customers. Every time I do get a chance to talk him his phone cuts in and out.

      Was hit in an accident by a land rover driver picking up a client for range rover. 7/1/22. Was unable to get a rental due to the 4th of July weekend and the accident happened at the end of the day Friday, missing my planned forth of July weekend. My taurus SHO had driver both fender both doors damaged as well a strut bent. My insurance adjuster for this company (sentry select told me they were paying out for total loss salvaging my car. Today 8/8/22 I found my car at a dealership my SHO indistinguishable Marks,on top of I went to the dealership and my side panel combination still unlocks the car (definitely mine) car is being sold for what they have me in the settlement with minimal repairs just to make it sellable with a clean title I verified with the dealership. Not salvaged or maybe even rebuilt, clean the adjuster lied my car could have been repaired with me still having my car. Shady tactics untrustworthy business, avoid working with them.

      When signing up for insurance through them cuz they're only a broker so you're paying an extra fee to cover their portion they said oh but if you get your insurance this way we're here to help you anytime you need it ******** they leave you hanging the first chance they get they were never there in the slightest to help me insurance companies started charging outrageous fees that were not agreed upon obviously they're nowhere to be found but they could find me another insurance company if I wanted one but not there to save me from my current insurance company like they said when I signed up for insurance through them
