      Website says you can file a claim 24/7 365 but voicemail says the office is closed and can be reached from 7am to 7 pm! Cannot leave less than one star review!

      Back in June 2021, I got a ticket for running a stop sign and driving with an invalid license. Went to court and paid my fines, etc. August 2022, I get an increase in my auto policy because I allegedly had a Hit-and-Run violation that ‘occurred’ same day as my other 2 violations of June 2021. They received the update from their vehicle record company Solera/Explore who were a head ache to deal with themselves. Once I finally proved to Solera the Hit-and-Run was false. Solera said they would INFORM Dairyland about the error. I sent in documentation I received from Solera as well for further proof. My insurance decreases back to what I was paying for before and I requested a refund for the overcharge from the false point on my record. I get a flat tire two weeks later from a pot hole and file a claim. Because I was doordashing while I got the flat tire, they told me my insurance was going to probably increase even though they wouldn’t cover me if I got into any kind of accident while doordashing. Makes no sense. I see an increase on my policy once again assuming it was the increase they mentioned for doordashing. Today, I call asking when I will be refunded for the overcharge and the representative tells me the Hit-and-Run violation is still on my record because I didn’t provide ‘sufficient’ documentation. I got no response from PLPCDocuments or from Dairyland letting me know the document I sent 2 months ago wasn’t good enough which left me paying the overcharge that extra 2 months. This company is terrible at keeping you updated and it’s starting to feel like I’m being scammed of my money. I just sent my new Official Motor Vehicle History from Solera basically stating that the Hit-and-Run shouldn’t be on file and therefore shouldn’t be affecting my record… along with my court summary, official DMV record, and the ticket itself which all disprove that Hit-and-Run charge. I wouldn’t be surprised if they told me I didn’t give them enough information still…

      My assigned claims ********************************** is by far the worst person to be in customer service. She doesn't answer her phone or emails. When trying to get information she quotes things but when asked to send a copy of their claims policy to what she quotes over the phone she won't provide any documents to support her information. She continues to have an effective communication about the claim. Please remove this person from the claims department, she isn't friendly to work with. So Far this company is a joke. We had a childs car seat in the vehicle, they sent us a check without notifying or checking with us on the amount we paid for the car seat. They simply found the cheapest value that my car seat was at and sent me the check without consent. They refused to give us a rental car until 3 days after the accident. My husband was stranded for 3 days! Due to their Clients negligence. if you can avoid this company please do. if you have a claim with them...good luck is all i got to say they are horrible!

      I got into an accident. can't get any valid information stating I have a claim except for an email saying my claim number is xxxxxx. insurance adjudicator won't get back to me. there is nothing I can report in regards to my claim or show any police tow facility or medical facility. this isn't bbb accredited, yet has an a+ rating. waiting for the guy to call me back while my car is in the tow yard another day to figure out what to do.

      Customer Service LIES and hangs up on customers. Need a full refund on two policies $1517.33 Jeep Grand Cherokee and $783.40 Jeep Renegade . Next step is a complaint with the Nevada Insurance Board and I'm sure Sentry/Dairyland don't want that.

      Absolutely worst customer service! I had a workman's comp claim through work. It was almost impossible to get a hold of an agent. They denied me of course. My medical team are shocked and can't believe I was denied. Asked for an appeal. I haven't heard from them since. I have called several times and left messages. You act like it's coming out of your pocket. I have worked for years. I paid for workman's comp and never had a claim!!!!!

      We will never do business with Sentry Insurance ever again. Biggest scam of an insurance company ever. My husband insured his motorcycle through Harley Davidson Insurance, which is Sentry Insurance. He was in an accident on his motorcycle and every piece of coverage that was relevant to what we needed was bait and switched. We are out thousands of dollars due to this scam of an insurance company.

      Had Sentry Insurance for my 2023 Triumph that got knocked over in a Walgreens parking lot on October 3rd 2022 I had to write a personal check for 500.00 to cover my deductible even though the accident was no fault of my own.I thought by using my insurance company the work would get done faster. I finally got my bike back a few days before Christmas, its now February 5 2023 and I still haven't got my money back from Sentry Insurance. Only the run around by the claims office. This company is POOR AT BEST!

      I will never do business with Sentry again. They are not team small biz guy. Good luck. There is a reason they have their own golf tourney. Buyer Beware
