  First, if you get ***, RUN! He will eventually get your garage built a year later. We reached out initially in the Fall of 2022, was told to call back in the Spring. We signed our contract in March ******************************************* May. The concrete went in in June and the subcontractor they use left hundreds of screws in the yard. Our garage finally went up in August. There was an issue with the shingles which *** ghosted us on to the point that I had to talk to his supervisor twice. I honestly thought *** had died or was fired with the lack of communication. When I talked to ****, (***'s supervisor) I asked that when they return, they call me because we had a fence put in and our dog would be out. I wanted to secure her and unlock the fence. ****, **** just came over and called after the job was completed. I believe that's called trespassing. All in all, it took from March to November to get this garage completed. What I will say is that I am happy with the structure, but their customer service is atrocious!

  Our salesman Pat did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everything was handled on time, from the frist appointment to the day the garage was built. The garage looks great and we're very happy with the quality of the materials used to build the garage. If your looking to build or replace your existing garage , I highly recommend Pat and his crew.

  The garage is great, including the slab under the garage. However, not even 12 months after the drive way slab was complete, a significant amount of cracking happened. After repeated phone calls and stating that concrete should not crack like this, we were told, Concrete cracks. You can still drive on it right? Now, three years after the driveway slab was poured, the cracks span the entire driveway and goes all the way through the concrete. Very disappointed about the unwillingness to address the hideous looking cracks in the driveway and their impact on the structure of the slab. As consumers, we are not complainers. It just feels wrong.

  Pat did a great job! He provided us with a very competitive quote, he wasn't pushy at all. Once we signed on he was there every step of the way. Very enjoyable to work with, would highly recommend.

  We worked with Pat ******** to rebuild a garage that collapsed due to snow. Pat was a pleasure to work with. He oversaw every aspect of the project and insured all work was done on budget, on time and according to specification. The new garage is beautiful and the envy of our neighbors.

  Got off to a slow start with Tom but once Pat stepped in to take over the process started to move in a positive direction. The 24x20 garage was built in downtown Madison on a busy one way street and required a tremendous amount of coordination with City engineering, permitting and traffic flow to get the existing garage demo’d and rebuilt with a new pad. Pat handled all the details with the City efficiently and effectively start to finish. You're in good hands if you can get Pat on your project.

  Contracted 2- car garage ; built in 1.5 days. They took care of all permits and even helped running new 240v line underground to house circuit breaker for upcoming electric car charger port.

  We contracted them to build a $65,000 garage and the whole front side of the garage is 1 1/2" out of plumb over just a 6ft span. The garage has also leaked from day one and they just blew us off about this. I get irritated every time I go out to my new garage!

  Very flexible to work with. Kept me updated on progress of work and any issues as they arose. Answered any questions I had quickly and thoroughly. Crews that did work were congenial and also took time to answer questions I had.
