On August 31, 2024 I bought a Ravin Garmin Xero X1i (model R198) scope for $2,049.61. When I received the scope, in September it didn't work. I then went to A-1 Archery in ******, ** for assistance. A-1 sells Ravin products and assists with their setup. A-1 confirmed that the scope did not work properly and advised that I return the scope to Ravin. I subsequently emailed Ravin **************** on 10/11/24 and 10/16/24. I received a response on 10/24/24 stating I would received a refund if I returned the scope and original paper to ***********************************. I sent in the scope and all original paperwork on 10/26/24 and it was delivered via ***** on 10/28/24 at 4:13 p.m. confirmed by ***** tracking ID ************. The money has still not been refunded. I emailed customer service on 11/16/24, 12/2/24, 12/14/24 with no response. I called customer service on 12/27/24 and they indicated they were reviewing the return and that the situation would be resolved in the next 2 days. When that didn't happen, I called again on 1/2/25 and they indicated they needed another 7 to ****************************************************************************** back. Was told the person I was speaking with doesnt work for Ravin (consultant) and so they needed time to dig into the situation. On 1/24/25 I called Ravin again and customer service indicated my return had been processed and was told I would receive my refund within a few days. On 2/7/25 I called again, spoke with ****** and he assured me the Supervisor, ****, would call within the hour. No call back. I called Ravin again on 2/14/25 and spoke to ****** again. He was surprised the issue wasn't resolved and indicated he would follow up with **** again and escalate the issue above ****. ****** said he would resolve the issue no later than 2/18/25. I have still not received the refund and have not heard from Ravin.Initial Complaint

On 11/26/24 I placed an order for several items in the amount of $811.94, order #*********. I also placed a separate order for $1435.97, order #********* this same date.From order #********, I returned 1 Ravin Hard Case valued at $369.99, and 1 Ravin R500 Series 3 Arrow Quiver/Mounting Bracket valued at $64.99, for a total return of $434.98. Ravin sent me a confirmation email on 12/27/24 stating they received the return back at their business.From order #********, I returned 1 Ravin R500 Series Draw Handle valued at $84.99. Again, Rain sent me a confirmation email on 12/27/24 stating they received the return back at their *********** of this date, 02/13/25, I returned a total of $519.97 worth of merchandise to Ravin and have not received a refund. I called customer service on 01/27/25 to inquire as to why I have not received my refund. I was advised the this is a warranty issue and that was separate from customer service, so they could not help **** just want my money back for the items I returned and Ravin got back. I placed an order on Thanksgiving day 2024. The company withdrew the funds that day. I contacted company in regards to shipping date no response. Eventually in January the company finally emailed wanting to know if I received product which I have not. I've called numerous times just to get the runaround. I've sent numerous emails regarding this issue. I never received shipping confirmation or a tracking number. I have no idea if or when it shipped. They said it was delivered I never received it. I have reached out to *** with no luck. The company has not done anything about this issue. If I received a tracking number someone would of been here to receive it. I feel the company is at fault for never sending shipping confirmation and for no tracking details. I never received what I paid for. The cost for the crossbow was over ****** dollars.Initial Complaint

After numerous conversations and emails since October of 2024 Centerpoint archery agreed to mail a replacement part that was covered under there warranty. I purchased a centerpoint crossbow from a local dealer around two years ago. During this hunting season one of the limbs snapped. I called the location I purchased the bow they advised me to bring the bow into their location to be sent off for repairs. After dropping off the bow I received a call from Ravin on December 11th at 12:10. The representative advised me that the bow could not be repaired and the parts were obsolete. He told me that he would give me a call by the end of business that day with a resolution being that the bow was still under warranty. According to the manufacturer warranty the limbs are to be covered for 5 years. After not hearing back for 3 weeks I called back to check the status. Speaking to the representative she had no idea where my bow currently was did not have my name in the system and took my information. While on the line she walked me through how to submit a service ticket from their website and advised me that I would hear back in 24 to 48 hours. I spoke to this representative on Dec 26th of 2024 today is January 9th 2025. I have yet to hear anything back about my replacement options. I will take a full refund or a replacement bow. I would rather have the refund due to the lack of integrity from this company and would like to take my business elsewhere.Initial Complaint

The cable broke on my Ravin crossbow in September. I took it to my local dealer for ***airs. After some effort he advised me that the problem required ***airs that had to be preformed by the manufacturer. He sent it in immediately and I still don't have my ***aired crossbow back. Deer season is nearly over. I tried calling Ravin and sending them emails all to no avail. My dealer has called them and the *** told him they are doing the best they can. Well, hunting season here is nearly over and I haven't got to **** a single day. No service, no response to my inquiries, no bow, no venison.Initial Complaint

I order this crossbow on ****** on October ******* and when it came i took it and cited it in and went to go **** and the thang blow up on me . So I tried to get ahold of Amazon and centerpoint on this centerpoint siad they wouldn't cover it and the send the front piece which was wrong and I called them up and told them and filled out the form and I got a text saying thay would be intuoch with me but I haven't heard anything from either one. I didn't have this bow two weeks . It blow up on me in one week of me having it and I have been fighting with both companies and are still fighting with them to get something done like them sending me a new replacement. But I can't get them to call me or take care of this problem so I need your help on this problem pleaseInitial Complaint

I purchased a Raven R 26 crossbow September 2023 at ***************************** bass pro shops approximately one week ago the bow exploded while laying in our bedroom, causing the bow to fall off of where it was setting. Throw pieces all over the bedroom and Raven will not contact me nor will the store exchange it without ***** approval. I have taken off three weeks for vacation to deer **** and that cannot be taken back. I want an exchange for the same bow or my money back. There has been multiple complaints and multiple issues with the same model of bow. I have spoke with a ***** dealer and he refused to take the bow because he already has three of the same bows with the same problem And cant get any cooperation from the company. The deer season here in ******** is nearing its end I have contacted ***** I have contacted their customer support number and Bass Pro shops and cannot get any results if they do not want to exchange or refund, I will pursue a civil suit and hire an attorneyInitial Complaint

Ordered two soft crossbow cases on Sept. 16th 2024. I have been trying to return them. they have not even been opened. I have had to call them 6 times and every time they say they have escalated the issue to some other group and they have never called me or emailed me back in a month and a half! i was told there should have been a return form in the box and there was no such thing with the paperwork I received with the cases. I have filled out their online form 3 separate times and no one has ever reached out to me. All i want to do is return the cases! their customer service is terrible and i am getting nothing but run around. I will never buy a product from this company again!!!Initial Complaint

I bought this crossbow from ******* 10-13-24. I shot this thing about 20 times. I was hunting and I fired crossbow and the thing sounded like it blew up and almost fell out of my hands. After looking at the crossbow i did notice the string was broke but I dont know if anything else would be wrong. I tried to take back to ******* but they will not take crossbow back. So i called Centerpoint support and they told me somebody will get back to me. After 4 days didnt get no contact I called them again and they told me If my brand new crossbow was not registered they cant help me. I went on line and registered crossbow. After week I called again and they told me this time to take to a repair center. I took to ******************* at *************. It was there for 3 days and i called sportsman warehouse and they told me they have been trying contact centerpoint but they have not called him Back. This thing broke on 10-29-24 Nobody from centerpoint has called me back or sportsman warehouse to get this resolved.
