    I purchased the R500 for $3800. The limb broke on the 3rd time having it out of case. The dealer and us have contacted Ravin many times. We were told we would receive an email with return information for the recall and warranty to send back. This never happened. Money wasted and a season of hunting on vacation have turned bad. No customer service at all, rude, and no resolution at this time three weeks in.

    My CenterPoint crossbow that was purchased in 2019 with a 5 year warranty (it is still within the 5 year period) has failed. The warranty statement says ",CenterPoint Archery will, at our option, repair or replace the product provided our inspection indicates that an original defect exists. CenterPoint reserves the right to replace any product which is no longer available with a product of comparable value and function." Parts for repair are no longer available. CenterPoint is refusing to replace the bow as the warranty statement provides, but instead is only offering me 45% towards the purchase of a new bow from them. My last conversation was with ******, one of the customer service supervisors.I am requesting they repair or replace my crossbow with a comparable value and function like the warranty statement provides.

    Sent in my crossbow on 8-17-24 for repair they said it would be a month turnaround was serviced on 10-3 and now no one knows where my bow is, one person said it was shipped. Another said they cant find it, so I have called many times they said information will be sent ahead to whoever, I am not getting anywhere, would appreciate any and all the help you can give me thank you very much!!

    Have not received all parts ordered from Ravin crossbow. Have provided images and part numbers on multiple occasions.

    I purchased a crossbow from CP on Aug 8th 2024, and on September 25th I was sighting it in, and the bow basically exploded on me, actually lucky no one was injured, CP offers a warranty with their products, so I called on sep 25th, and was told to fill out a warranty claim online and someone would be in contact with me in a few days, well its been 22 days and I have yet to get any response from CP, when I call their customer service, they keep saying give it 2 more days, I do not believe they will contact me or fix my issue, they obviously have a massive problem with their product, all Im asking is to fix this now or replace it, our hunting season is only so many days long and Im basically gonna miss due to a company that doesnt want to stand behind its warranty
