Return Procedures:
Any merchandise returned to Full Compass Systems, Ltd, must have an RA (Return Authorization) number attached. Without this number the package may be refused or not properly identified as to its origin and reason for being returned. Please call us for an RA number and have documentation such as the invoice or packing slip ready when you call. Make sure that all packing, accessories and manuals are returned to avoid additional restocking fees.
