    We have been working with Maple Leaf since Fall 2023 and we've had issue after issue. Items that we encountered, are listed below. They will not respond, refund, correct these issues. Each time they come out they do more damage to something else. - measurements and quantities are incorrect on their invoice for boulders, plants, sq of concrete, etc.- we had to have the front yard re-grade because of how it was draining - all concrete slopes into the house instead of away so water just pools - we've had to have the eves troughs replaced and fixed - they damaged 3 outdoor doors and a sliding glass door which are covered in concrete, sealant, paint, etc.- we had to replace the first 4' of siding from the ground up because it was covered in concrete - the firepit, which is brand new (the metal ring) is already rusted - our flower beds already have weeds and half the plants that got planted were dead - the *** pipes are not buried more than 2' thus could freeze during the winter-so more damage later on - our back patio now is an ice rink when wet and complete danger and we cannot go out on it, because the seal they put over as no sand/grip in it. We now have to get another company to come in, remove all the seal and re-do it. - there is not mulch where we wanted it, they filled those areas with stone instead of mulch - 4 of the pieces of the furniture are covered in paint/seal and on the pool cover from the seal/paint - Their staff left cigarette butts everywhere, one of them yelling at us in our camera, Gatorade and water bottles, never cleaned up throughout the process - Grates for the trench drain by the pool - covered in concrete and it doesn't drain/not tilted - paint/seal around all the slate stone around the pool deck area I have pictures of everything, but the file sizes are too big, if you need me to send to you let me know. Super disappointing, the amount of money spent to fix all this is horrible and need action to be taken, they have insurance!

    Maple leaf removed three ************. When removing, they destroyed my planter box, a back fence panel, damaged my patio table and damaged my roof. I am only really concerned about the roof and table. I notified them immediately with photos and was told they would look into it. That was mid October. My last response from them was November 1, 2023 telling me it would be resolved by the end of the week. It is now November 15, 2023 and I have sent multiple emails inquiring, but have received no response

    An insurance adjuster for Maple Leaf reached out to me on 2/13/24.  This case was then sent to a different agent who visited my home and took pictures on 2/19/24.  Nothing further has occurred.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    I wanted to update my complaint.  I received a check in the mail yesterday from Maple Leafs insurance representative so I consider this matter closed.

    ** Sept. 30, 2022 I noticed the trunk of a tree lying in my yard at *****************************. I then noticed that my fence and sand box had been severely damaged. Landscapers from Maple Leaf Landscaping were in the process of cutting down a tree in my neighbor's yard at *****************************. Upon speaking with one of the workers he admitted causing the damage and gave me a number to call. I spoke with *****, an employee in charge of operations several times about paying for the damage, and though I had been assured the damaged would be paid for, all of my enquiries as of late have been ignored. No one returns my calls, I can't get contact info belonging to the owner and ***** never answers my calls. The last time I called was last Friday

    I paid over $6,000 for MapleLeaf to rebuild a retaining wall, lay down weed barrier, plant, and mulch my front yard. They first sent me an inaccurate quote. When they came to plant/work, they were very efficient. I was immediately concerned because they planted in the fall and the weather turned cold. They told me there was a 1 year warranty and not to worry because the plants are hardy. In the spring, only a handful of the plants bloomed. I also realized several were missing. My yard is filled with weeds (worse than prior). I spent > 3 months trying to reach them. They came and agreed to replace the missing and incorrect plants. Over a month later they came and did so while we were home but did not even knock on our door. Again they put plants in incorrect places. They blamed the weed barrier failure on a rainier spring and offered no solution. I still have only a handful of blooming plants. They have been near impossible to reach through email or phone. Extremely disappointing working with them.
