    Terrible company for home inspection. They are not certified roof inspectors but were adamant about roof being on its last life. We had a certified roof inspector out to inspect it (cost us $75 & it was noted on inspection report that if we did not agree we could have a certified roof inspector to check it) & were told there is 10-15 years left on it. She did not listen & neither did buyer’s agent or buyer’s. The buyer’s asked sellers to pay some of the closing cost! We should have said NO! To me the inspection company owes us $2,075 for lying. She also left our fireplace on, A/C set to 68 degrees, & washer lid closed. We came back 4 days later to a freezing home! Unacceptable!
