      I bought 2 power recliners from Amanda C. Very pleasant and professional. Just went back and bought a couch. Extremely helpful in taking time to make sure the 3 pieces would go together. This was the Greenfield location.

      We bought a sofa and matching ottoman and rocker chair from Robert O. at the Menomonee Falls location.. He was extremely helpful in picking out the perfect couch for our house.. He did not rush me whatsoever and spent the time he needed to for me to make the right purchase..

      Deric ****** was super helpful and pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable and responded quickly. The store was short staffed when we went in but he still found time to help me and quickly followed up with me when I was ready to purchase! Would recommend working with him!

      I ordered multiple pieces of furniture in December 2021. A sofa from King Hickory and four recliners from Omnia. These four pieces totaled almost $15,000.00. The furniture was special order since the fabric was from the manufacturer’s line, but not the standard offered. Since it was a special order I had to put 100% of the money down and sign an agreement that I acknowledged it was a special order. I did so and the acknowledgement of possible delivery was for mid-May 2022. When May came the delivery date was shifted to mid-July. In July the date was pushed out to mid-August, and now it has been pushed back to mid-November. I have called Steinhafel’s customer service several times and have been told they cannot expedite the order. Amazing they can take all my money and not do a thing to push up the order. I cannot ask for my money back either. I have several more rooms in my home to remodel, but will not be ordering any more furniture from this business ever.

      Went to Steinhafels in Madison to buy a recliner. The sales rep Ken ****** was great. Really appreciate the time he spent with us. Helped us sort out what we wanted. We are totally happy. A great experience.

      Went to the Oak Creek store and found what I wanted (and it was all in stock). Sasha was a fantastic sales rep.!! So very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend her & Steinhafels to my friends/family.

      Steinhafels used to be a fairly reputable place, but their customer service has gone down the tube, they sit on your money for months and months while they continue to bump back because of supply chain issues, without honestly assessing up front what the impact of those supply chain issues is going to be on delivery. They "honor" their cancellation policy, but only at their own discretion, and in the way in which the money sits the longest in their coffers, rather than in a way that is in any way equitable to the customer. I've spent a good deal of money with Steinhafels over the years, and will not spend a dime there ever again.
