5 starsI put a call through to them last weekend when I needed to move my things to a place I found that was closer to where I was working. I only had the weekend because work gets very hectic during the weekdays. I made this very clear to the whole team and they took it as top priority. They had all my stuff packed awaty into nice little boxes and the old apartment cleared out in no time. I was all settled in by monday. 5 starsI'll be honest, I've never left a review for any service or anyone, ever! Not that I havent had people do a good job before but this, how URVL handled the inventory when I was moving to my new space was out of this world. I hve a lot of tiny ornament pieces I've collected over the years, and none of them got ,missing or manged to get broken these guys ticked all the boxes. I would give them a 10 over 10 and 5 stars for all their services. Great experince. Would def recommend.United Regions Van Lines LLC

5 starsI got a new space for my restaurant and I was worried about all my stuff myseriously going missing during the moving process. I had a friend that moved houses around that period and she said the moving company she hired took most of her stuff. I feel like I got lucky with this moving company beacuse they were just exceptional and very professional. 1 starHorrible experience with this company. Took forever to get anyone on the phone, often requiring multiple attempts and their customer service was terrible. There was an issue on their end with receiving payment and I was never notified to rectify this issue so delivery was delayed. When I finally called their associate was demeaning and not helpful in finding a solution.United Regions Van Lines LLC

5 starsMy husband and I had to move Cross-Country because at that time we were expecting our daughter and planning on expanding our family. We had a lot of stuff and we just did not know where to start from. Coincidentally we invited one of our close friends over for dinner and that night when we we're just randomly talking about moving he brought up United Regions Van Lines. He swore by them, so ******* and I did our research and gave them a call the next morning. I have to say the first thing that really stood out was their amazing representative, If that call didn't go as smoothly as it did we might have passed on them. But, she was just so good! We explained the situation and she got us a quote right away. I think what made us realize we found the one was when she gave us a detailed insight into what the moving process would be like and right away we just knew. The good thing is when the set date came, everything played out exactly like she said it would. there were no extra charges and It was a great experience overall.United Regions Van Lines LLC

1 starWe used United based on BBB ratings and price quote. After setting up the move and getting estimate from the salesman, the rest of the process was a nightmare! It took 4 days to load our stuff, a month to get to our new place, and an additional $4000 over the quote to get unloaded. About a 1/4 of our load was missing once it did arrive, (3 weeks late). United offered us 16.00 for damages but nothing for the missing items. We ended up in arbitration and were awarded 2440.00 for our missing stuff after almost a year went by. Communicating with them was impossible, customer service was terrible! Never again!United Regions Van Lines LLC

1 starthey showed up 2 days late and we were there when they loaded up, we left fully expecting them to be not long behind us but after a few days in our new state we received a call that they had not left *********** and would not do so until we forked out another $1700 because as they insisted they had to ship another 400 cubic square feet. Here is where it gets interesting. We had two 5x10 storage units. The max ******** for each unit is 400 cubic square feet so with two units that is 800 cubic square feet. I cant lift over my head that far since Im short so the boxes didnt reach the ceiling and I left room to navigate inside the rooms so I was far below 800 cubic square feet so where in the h*** did they get another 400 cubic square feet. No matter how we tried to explain it to them, they refused to listen. We tried calling the company themselves and left messages but they were ignored. We were trapped, they literally said they wouldnt bring our stuff unless we paid more money, so we had to pay it. We were told they couldnt drive more than four hours at a time when they left as soon as we paid yet miraculously, they made it to Virginia within a day and a half. The people that dropped off our stuff came with flip flops and wanted another $1000 to bring it into the storage unit. We refused, they called the manager and he threatened to throw our stuff in the street so we had to get a different unit and said we would unload it ourselves. We got a single 8 by 30 unit that is 60 cubic square feet less than what we had before and lo and behold, it all fit in there. No care at all was taken with anything. All the boxes were crushed. Gaming tables were broken with legs bent. Credenzas and other items were damaged beyond repair. We had to unload that truck, we were scammed out of $1700 and they dont have a claims department for the items that were damaged. 1 starHORRIBLE is not even close to the words i can say for United Regions Van Lines..Their sales team lies, the estimates are way off, nearly 45% more was paid compared to estimates and the delivery info person ****** is right the most RUDE, RACIST obnoxious person. I was foolish to trust the 3 people i spoke to *******, **** and the person who came to pick up the goods. They all said goods will come by 28 Jun. ****** simply shouted and said i should have read the contract, i shouldnt have signed and goods will come **** days post 28-Jun and there is nothing i can do. the red flags i shouldnt have ignored is the complete false promises given by *******, the increase by 45% and then constantly downgrading the other moving companies.PLEASE dont trust them, go with anyone other than United Regions Van LinesUnited Regions Van Lines LLC
