    Aside from the outstanding job Everdry did in waterproofing our basement, the company places a strong emphasis on customer care. Everdry’s staff are friendly, highly knowledgeable in their trade, and unmatched in professionalism. A special shoutout to Mr. Adam ******* (Service Manager). I worked closely with him on inspecting our basement and renewing our accidentally lapsed warranty. During his assessment visit, he shared his expertise, sound judgment, and friendly demeanor.     Our family have been customers of Everdry since 2010 & couldn’t be more pleased with their service. From their friendly customer service reps that take calls, quick & personnable service techs that come to our home for installation & maintenence checks, we always feel well taken care of. Thankfully they’re more than willing to accommodate their customer’s schedule when service is needed on short notice & give a tight service window that they honor. I recommend their service to anyone I know that could use a company that’s reliable, fast & dedicated to providing great work!

    Did a real good job but I think the cement consistency not the contractor but the cement could be reformulated not to crack. You pay for there service and pay for lifetime service and cement not covered why? ******** warrantee but you have to pay yearly fee then its not lifetime .

    We had a everdry system installed about 8 years ago, since then my basement has been amazing!! No issues no water nothing. And to top that when I call with questions or need some advice whether it’s about my basement, or about my furnace there customer service has been amazing. Everdry I couldn’t thank you more for great customer service and quality work

    Used Everdry Waukesha to add >100 LF of interior drain tile, 2nd crock and backup pumps in my crawlspace. Salesman was high-pressure, but we needed the work done and knew the work would be labor-intensive. Once it came to production, the work was excellent. Our supervisor (Antonio **) was excellent communicator, and kept me informed the entire process. The work was back-breaking, messy, done in 5' high crawlspace, but they did not complain. Crew even worked late on Friday to finish the job. They put up protective plastic and swept the floors and driveway upon completion. Due to the lower water table and frozen ground right now, the crocks are empty, but I now have peace of mind with battery back-up pumps and alarms. Thank you Antonio ** and crew.

    Ron came out to my house today for an inspection today and he was awesome! He was very informative and easy to talk to! He didn’t try to push me into anything I didn’t need and educated me on their process and what’s already been done to my house! Would definitely recommend everydry and Ron to everyone! Solved my issues and left me a happy customer!

    Everdry completely solved the water problems in my basement. I like that they have a multi-step solution. They installed a fan to properly ventilate the basement, installed an interior drain tile system, and sealed problem areas on the outside of the foundation. Their solutions worked perfectly, and I have a dry basement as a result.
