    Bret and Lawrence did an awesome job!! Timely, respectful of our home, property and pets. Our windows look fantastic! This is 2nd time we've installed renewal by andersen windows (in prior and current home). Highly recommend!

    We just had our new windows installed and couldnt be happier. This company is terrific to work with from the sales team, customer service and the team who installed the windows. ******* and ******* did a fantastic job and very professional.     I unfortunately have been disappointed with my Renewal experience. One of the main reasons I went with them was because I had read, they offer the best and easiest installation experiences. I will have to wait and see (in 20 years) if the window product itself was worth it, but here is a list of what I had to deal with that was less than enjoyable... 1. Multiple mistakes on the finance end-had to call several people to figure out simple details that were missed like my email address never being added to the final forms, etc. 2. Mistaken measurements on the second largest window we ordered (only bought 4) that meant a month delay in installing the final window. 3. When the truck backed into my driveway, they tore down some branches from my tree. They didn't seem concerned whatsoever. When I talked to the service rep she apologized and said she would notify management...there was never any follow up.

    The windows are very nice, but their customer service has a lot to be desired. It seems after the sale and install you don't matter anymore. My install was in July. On Aug. 7 I called with a concern. They said someone would contact me..... I'm still waiting and it is now early December. Very disappointed.

    Francisco and Nick did a great job installing the cladding around the windows. Started early in the morning and were willing to stay later to get the job finished.

    We needed a second floor Bay Window replaced. RBA was our choice as we believed the product was superior and heard their workmanship was equally as good. The replacement process was longer than anticipated as it was a custom project. The installer, Jacob *. was outstanding in his patience with my questions and with the amount of pain staking adjustments required to complete the job. I have had difficulties with vendors in the past but Jacob was excellent and I'm happy with the total experience, Highly recommend RBA. Ask for Jacob.
