    Renewal by Andersen is good at servicing their products. Loren did a great job at repairing a few items that needed to be done. Grateful they hire decent people to handle any repairs.

You both were a pleasure to work with over several days – very polite, attentive, and always provided expert service.     Loren, from Renewal by Andersen, did a fabulous job installing baseboard and shoe molding in my kitchen/living room. Loren used all coping and no mitered joints. It's a real professional, finished look. This was Loren's second time here. Loren is very honest. The first time, the trim was finished in the wrong shade (not his doing). Loren noticed this, brought it to my attention and said that in good conscience he couldn't finish the job unless it was going to be done right. So, it took a little longer, but in the end, Loren was right. Also, see the floor registers. The window above had been a patio door that we changed to a window. Consequently, the floor registers were under the shoe and could not be removed. Loren trimmed them up so that they can be removed (for cleaning the ducts or whatever). I highly recommend Loren and the Renewal team. Honesty, integrity and professionalism are qualities hard to find these days, and Loren has them all. Thanks Loren!

    Patrick and Pelmore did a fantastic job installing our windows. They were very professional, kind and thoughtful in keeping our home clean and tidy as they worked! They also made sure we knew when they'd be here in the mornings and when they'd be leaving. We'd definitely use them again !!

    I had my patio door replaced by renewal by andersen. I couldn't be more ecstatic about the whole company and the product. When the sales rep came out, they were personable and very friendly. Concierge had great communication with me through the whole process. The installers showed up on time and worked hard the whole day. The door works perfectly and I couldn't be happier.
