    I would like to report that the company indeed has now taken steps in proceeding with work on the contract, as of todays date 10/22/2022 two of the project has been finished, and a third is scheduled to start on Monday the 24/ or Tuesday the 25th depending on the weather, I thank the BBB for being a prompt mediator and all who had a hand in making this possible.

    Thank you and the BBB, for being my armor all is well that ends well, the contract with RWC is now satisfied and ended, tomorrow I will issue them the balance of the total for a job well done, you may not believe it but the fact that the BBB impartiality to rectify or remedy the need of the consumer plays a major role in this industry, especially for people without a loud voice, thank you for your support blessings.

    On Friday, 8/19/2022 at approximately 6pm Replacement Window Center and Exteriors arrived at my house to do an estimate for siding. The man who came to do the estimate was great. He stayed until around 8:20pm. I wrote a check for $15,000 to lock in the price of the service, but mentioned that I was still gathering quotes. On Monday morning, 8/22/2022, I emailed the representative who did the estimate for me that my intention was to cancel the contract and I would be sending it the next day. Later on, around 6pm I received a call from the owner TJ. During the call he was trying to convince me to go with his company over one of the other 4 I had quotes from. It was as unpleasant call, which I cannot call a conversation because for the first ****************************************** On Tuesday, 8/23/2022, I sent the notice of cancelation to the company. On Thursday, 8/25/2022, I received a bank notification that 10% of my check had been deposited. The check was deposited on 8/24/2022 at 10:30am. On 8/31/2022, I contacted the representative who did the estimate asking about the check. He stated that the company would be returning my money as soon as possible. 9/7/2022, still absolutely no communication from anyone at the company and I am still out $1500. Which according to the contract they had me sign, was supposed to be given back to me no later than today.

    I have been in contact with the owner, TJ, but have received no payment. ** said I would have my check yesterday, and it didnt show up. There is no communication from them and he asked me to take my negative reviews of his business down. I dont know if he is trying to hold my money until I do that or what.

     

    I am highly dissatisfied with this company and its efforts to resolve this.

    The refund check still has not been received by the consumer.
