    On March 29th, 2024 my daughter had oral surgery to have her wisdom teeth removed at Central Wisconsin Oral and Facial Surgery as they were a preferred provider with ************************. I made a payment of $2,187 for services because their website says "all insured patients will have a deposit requirement of 60% due on the day of surgery". This was fine because the website also says that after they process the claims with insurance an overpayment check will be sent and to allow ****** days for processing. See their website for all financial information; **************************************************************************************** Then 2 claims were submitted to Aspirus Health Plan totaling $2,504.25. Then **************************** issued a check for $2,357.26 for payment which left $146.99 outstanding, which was more than covered by my payment on the date of service. I emailed the bill specialist, per directions on the website, on Sept 24 about receiving my overpayment check and I got no response. I have sent another email to the billing email address provided on the webpage on 12/10/24. I would like my repayment check sent **** as I feel they have committed fraud and stole my money. I have also never received an account statement from them and they never filed with my dental insurance.

    My son get his wisdom teeth removed on November 17th 2023. I paid $2064.60. I was notified that I had to pay before surgery then received a refund after the insurance claim went through. About 2 weeks after the surgery I called the insurance company to make sure they received the claim. They did and sent back everything to Oral And Facial Surgery on November 26th 2023. I gave them time to evaluate everything from the insurance company and tried to call them about some Dr. ***** for the school and to discuss the insurance and no one would answer so I left a message to call me back. I tried calling several times after that to call back and no call back after many attempts. My husband went to their office because we needed those dr. notes and the doors were locked. After an hr of trying to get someone's attention someone finally came to the door. He asked for Dr notes and the insurance. They said they sent the wrong code and so the insurance only covered $300 so they sent it again. When I called insurance that was not the case. Insurance said they covered all but $95. I tried many more times to call them with no answer or call backs after leaving messages. I also texted the main line, which is stated in their voice-mail you can do. Still no one called me. It is now April ********************************** a call back. I should have a refund of a little less than $2000.

    My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed there. We had to pay upfront. We were told that we would be reimbursed as soon as the insurance company paid them. I have information from Delta Dental that says $864 was paid to them and the check was cashed in December of 2023. I have tried to call and resolve the issue for several months and cannot get a straight answer or a call back. I would like a call back explaining the situation and the payment we are owed. If they feel payment is not owed, they should explain why I was told previously that I would receive funds back once the insurance company paid.

    I had a consultation appointment with Central ** Oral and Facial Surgery on 1-25-2022. I was told all new patients paid in full before their insurance is billed. Once insurance is billed the patient is reimbursed the amount covered. I supplied both dental and health insurance (Dental Dental and UMR.) Then I paid in full $531 that day for the consultation including a ** scan.On 6-17-2022 and 6-18-2022, my insurances notified me they were billed and covered some of the payment. My health insurance (UMR) re-covered $261.31 of the ** scan. My dental insurance (Delta Dental) re-covered $81.00 of the consultation.As of the present time, I have not been credited back any portion of my paid in full amount. As told to me, I should be credited back the amounts covered by the insurances. Multiple times I have contacted the office of Central WI Oral Facial and Surgery on this matter via phone and email. Each time I am told I would be contacted by someone, but they never respond back.
