The only good part of this review will be the fact that my procedure was completed. This surgeon/office did not do any follow up care after my procedure, the only time I spoke with them is when I called and was essentially dismissed and switched to my regular dental provider for all issues. What they told me over the phone was normal ended up needing antibiotics. I was told they do not do billing arrangements and was made to pay $9800 up front only to find additional billing I was not informed of in office tucked into my post op paperwork. After having 22 extractions including wisdom teeth removal I was billed $200 for xrays (they used images sent from my dental office that were already paid for) as well as being billed for 4 - 15 min increments of anesthesia at $250 each and was only under anesthesia for 35 mins. It took 3 weeks of daily contact to get the billing document correctly formated for my insurance claim, and then was coded as a routine examination and cleaning. Only to recieve email stating they don't see insurance on my file. My insurance was provided and THEY told me the insurance I provided was no longer accepted couldn't be used and I would have to file on my own.

We take all feedback seriously and strive to maintain transparency and professionalism in every patient interaction. However, our documentation shows that the statements made in this review are factually inaccurate. Prior to scheduling, this patient received a verbal financial consultation, during which our team clearly outlined the self-pay nature of treatment, total estimated costs, and our offices insurance and billing policies. With communication notes on file. The patient was aware we are out-of-network with her plan and that she would be responsible for payment in full at the time of ********** clarify the following areas of concern:Billing and Cost Transparency: The $9800 quoted and paid by the patient was based on the agreed treatment plan. Additional charges, such as post-op imaging or anesthesia, are itemized in accordance with *** coding standards and were disclosure at the time of her appointment confirmation.Anesthesia Charges: Anesthesia billing is based on time and sedation level, and the charges reflected align with clinical documentation and anesthesia time logs. These are universal in our office. Post-*************** Our records show the patient was given post-operative instructions and contacted our office for follow-up, during which clinical staff appropriately triaged her concerns and advised her. She was not "dismissed," and her symptoms were evaluated within the normal range for recovery at the ************** Claim Assistance: While we do not file claims for out-of-network insurance, we made multiple efforts to assist her in formatting her documents to help with her self-submission. The original claim form followed standard coding and format but was revised at her request. Her insurance was not on file for direct billing because, as explained during her consult, we do not accept that plan and in order for us to help her with her forms we would need it.We understand that surgical recovery can be challenging, and it is office protocol to call post operatively with 24 hours, which is documented, in ****** phone call she states she is well, and staff advise to call our office or her dental office if anything comes up, we genuinely wish the patient well. However, it is important to correct misinformation, especially when our office made every reasonable effort to communicate clearly, provide compassionate care, and assist beyond our contractual responsibilities.

Avoid them at all costs, unless you are wealthy and don’t mind all the tactics used to keep your money. They make you pay for majority of the costs upfront and then they will bill your insurance. Which is not horrible, except they do not want to reimburse you any overpayment. They tried telling me insurance would reimburse me! My bill was $3687, i paid $2800 down and insurance covered $2071 which was sent to them. So there is an overpayment of $1194 and its been over a month since procedure and still not sending me money! They don’t return calls or reply to email. You are unable to call them directly their number is an answering service and they relay message to them . What a joke they say their phone system needs updating but while there they were all using the phones and didn’t seem like they had any problems with their phones then. Nothing but crooks ! I will have to sue them to get what they owe me ! So do yourself a favor and drive an extra hour or two to go somewhere else!!

Our office is not in network with this patients insurance company for medical or ********** a curtesy we submitted claims post procedure. Our office requested down payment as we are not in network and no pre-authorization was required and patient did not know coverage as she is under parents coverage and "they are getting divorced so they dont talk"/ We have records of speaking with both mom and dad (****) previous and post procedure regarding cost and refund policy if courtesy claims are filed. As of 3/1824 we have not had resolution of the claims from insurance company; we have informed **** of this as well as provided him the contact for the company that does the claim processing for the clinic for him to speak with directly.
