      Did not meet our expectations: Our range was purchased on December 8th, with the salesperson expressing hope that it "might" get on the truck from the warehouse in time to get to Verona on December 10th, but we all recognized that this was optimistic and planned for delivery on December 13th. Despite assurances that we would be updated on delivery, there was no communication from Grand until we called them late in the day on the 13th. Obviously, there was to be no delivery that day and we were told to expect it on the 15th and, again, there would be phone calls the night before. However, there was no call from Grand Appliance again, so I called them on the 15th. I was unable to reach the salesperson we purchased from, but I received apologies from an associate and assurances that delivery would be made on the 17th, again with phone calls. After no calls or delivery on the morning of the 17th, I drove to the store at mid-day and spoke to a sales associate who felt very bad, confirmed that the range really did exist and was sitting in Madison, and assured me that our salesperson would call as soon as she came back from lunch with delivery details. I did not receive a call until the evening of the 18th. The salesperson was very perfunctory, offered no apologies for the delays, and told me the range would arrive on the 20th. Finally, I did receive a scheduling call on the evening of the 19th and the range did arrive on the 20th. I wish I could report that the delivery went well. The installers did not know how to connect the supply line to the back of the range and had to video call for instructions, there are two small chips in the white porcelain on the side of the range, and I needed to level the range myself after they left, but at least we have a range. Obviously, this experience did not meet our expectations from Grand Appliance.

      Worse thing I did is buy appliances from there there very expensive and terrible customer service. And they don’t stand behind there words. Just bought a dishwasher and washer for 2300.00 dollars. It’s been one week and I decided to return the dishwasher because it’s too complicated for my mom to use. they said I will need to pay 35% restocking fee which is about 300.00 dollars. And i will need to un install it first. Which means I’ll need to contact someone to do that and pay 200.00 dollars. On top of the 200.00 I already payed for someone to install it. Because they said it’ll take 3 weeks for an installer to come out. And all this I’m writing is between a customer service associate in An email. Because she will not answer my calls and there customer service never answer I keep calling and leaving messages and emailing them but they don’t reply.that is wrong and very unprofessional.

      Horrible customer service, and even worse product.
      After being given three delivery dates, having to call for an update after each no-show, and being disconnected twice by their customer service department after having waited on hold for over 20 minutes, the dishwasher (Whirlpool) finally arrived three weeks late.
      We ran it exactly twice. On the third run, it leaked all over my wood floor on Thanksgiving day! The Grand Appliance repair technician said “it is a defective unit.”
      I do not want a replacement, I want this hunk of junk hauled away and I want my money back. I will never do business with this store again, and I suggest whoever is reading this patronizes another company.

      Purchased a new stove from Grand Appliance in Wauwatosa. Their delivery team arrived and disconnected our old range and took it outside. While unloading our new gas range from the truck their delivery team mishandled the new range while unloading it and dented the lower portion of both sides. We refused to accept delivery because of the damage and when I spoke to a lady at Grand Appliance she stated they can’t get a replacement out there today. She went on to say we could get a refund. I asked their delivery team to reinstall the old range and they stated,”we could but there might be leaks in the hose.” I called back and asked to speak to a manager and they connected me to Adam. Adam told me they couldn’t deliver it today and that he would have to check with their warehouse manager. Adam finally returned my phone call 4 hrs later and told us it would be two days before they are able to deliver a new range. We chose to get a refund and purchase a range from a business that values its customers. Very poor customer service at Grand Appliance. I recommend that you do not purchase anything from them.

      We purchased all our appliances from Grand for our new house. All top of the line “so they say”. Then we had problems with the fridge shutting down and starting up by itself. JennAir said call grand appliance and Grand says call worldpool. 6 years later we are still working on fixing the piece of junk. 2 weeks ago we woke up and there is water all over the floor it is still shutting off and on when ever it wants. You can call grand and they don’t even call back. We have a service tech. We called to fix it now and got almost again as much as what we paid for it in it. That’s just one appliance. It’s everyone’s fault but theirs. Sad.

      This review is about working with Chris (Store Manager) + Justin (Customer Service Supervisor) over a 2 YEAR PERIOD and we still don’t have a working appliance. Bought a brand new under-counter residential ice machine. Within 3 months of turning it on, the cubes weren’t coming out right. Grand worked with Scotsman to send out a “repair” person who came out 4 times and still didn’t fix the machine, but in fact admitted that his “son in training” BROKE another part during the 2nd of 4 visits. By this time, many more months have elapsed and the machine is finally replaced with a new one.
      New machine works for 3 months and same thing, stops producing good cubes despite running cleanser through it. Reported issue to Grand and a month goes by before the same incompetent “repair” person from last time, calls and says they can come by in ANOTHER 5 weeks. We let Grand know and they wash their hands of the situation and haven’t been in touch with us in over 3 weeks, thinking we will just go away.
      Bought a 5-year extended warranty on this too which makes sense because it takes 5 years to get a working machine from Grand.
      Next stop: Google, Yelp, Chase visa, and the appliance manufacturer themselves. Wish they had just given us the refund or a new unopened unit so we could move on.

      I bought an LG wash tower in an open box from the tent sale at Grand on Highway 20 in Sturtevant in early August. I was told by the salesman that there was nothing wrong with the machine and that I would be well taken care of. Actually, there was a pinhole leak in the drain hose of the washer, a discovery I made within hours of the delivery. Grand Appliance disavowed any responsibility for this circumstance. It took me a week to clarify that this was the case due to myriad unreturned phone calls and e-mail messages. When I went into the store to follow-up, the manager screamed at me. When I asked him to stop a moment to listen to me, (I was not screaming), he replied "Why should I let you scream at me? We have handled this perfectly." I did eventually connect with LG and waited 21/2 weeks before they sent a tech to repair the machine. Lessons learned- Grand Appliance provides poor customer service. If you buy an open box machine from anyone, thoroughly test it before your delivery person leaves the premises.

      Terrible to do business with. We had dishwasher issues in the past, therefore, we paid for the extended warranty; however, Grand washes their hands of any warranty or help. Its a total scam. The store employees will not return our phone calls, it all goes to voice mail. Its been 3 months with no repairs in sight and no response from Grand. DO NOT BUY FROM GRAND AND NEVER EVER EVER BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY.

      I purchased a Frigidaire wall oven on 2/5/2022 from Grand Appliance but was told it would take about six weeks because of a backorder situation delaying the delivery. A long six months later, it was delivered on 8/4/22, only to find that it had a faulty sensor and that the fan did not work. The installers placed a service call for repair, so on 8/9/22, I followed up to find the status of the service call, only to be told by Grand Appliance that the call was rejected by Frigidaire (thank God I called, or I'd still be waiting). I spoke to Frigidaire who rectified the situation but was told that my warranty started at the time of purchase in February. I honestly have never experienced such poor customer service and questionable practices as conducted by Grand Appliance and am contemplating filing a complaint with the State Attorney's Office.
