      Grand Appliance has been a total disappointment in their willingness to stand behind a ********************** that I purchased in May. The grill broke down in June. I have been trying to get some form of service and or repair since. I am still waiting almost 4 months later for the repair or for the return of my money.The only thing worse than Grand's customer ********************** is the Napoleon grill product and customer ************************* not buy Napoleon anywhere it is offered. It is junk. And be careful purchasing anything from Grand if you expect customer ********************** at any level.Zero stars if i could.

      Trash. I came to Grand a couple weeks ago to buy new appliances because my fridge died. **** (Store Manager) helped me. He was helpful through the sales process but that was the end of it. I had pricing questions versus ********** on the day of delivery (bought Monday, delivery was supposed to be Wednesday). On the morning of delivery, the crew called me at 7:45am that they were almost here. Told the delivery guy that I still had questions about the pricing and that I was not comfortable taking delivery without them resolved. He told me it was no problem, to refuse the delivery, and we can reschedule. At 9am, **** called and the first words out of his mouth were "I see you refused delivery today". I tried to talk to him about the pricing issues and he was insulting and did not seem to care. I asked for 24 hours to think about everything and he proceeded to tell me that redelivery would be about a week and that I was "making the warehouse staff do twice the work". I emailed him that day and asked to cancel and was ignored. Had to call the next day and have the person who answered the phone handle it. Called their customer care, not wanting anything, but I wanted to share my experience. They assured me someone would call me and that never happened, so I can only assume their childish, scummy tactics come from the top. I have since spoken to several people who have had similar experiences. Stay away, Grand is trash.

      We bought a new washer from **** For our rental property it never worked at all Its over a month now they claim theyre waiting on parts???Its brand new I want my money back or new replacement This place is awe full buyer beware

      Had problems with a whirlpool fridge, Alex was a great help spent another $1000.00 to replace defective fridge. Front door no longer works properly, water filters from old fridge returned only received 2 out of three back, have been trying to call for three weeks, no answer, no call backs, so very disappointed have been going to grand for over 4 years.

      I ordered kitchen appliances (microwave, dishwasher, range and refrigerator/freezer). The appliances have finally been delivered. The range, dishwasher and microwave were in the first delivery. Salesperson never contacted me tell me the refrigerator/freezer had been discontinued but it did come back and was delivered including a delivery charge. I will never buy anything from Grands again. There was also rebates on the appliances so now I am having issues with *** Besides filling out the appliances information they also want pictures of the model and serial number taken directly from the ***********************. I have done that. Received another text and email today asking for the pictures. I want my money back for the refrigerator and freezer, delivery charges and rebates

      Trying to do my part and “Shop Locally Owned Businesses” but this company Should Be Avoided! I purchased a New GE Washer & Dryer in July/Aug 2022 and these people and there Installation Team caused $15.000+ in damage to my home during the delivery and installation(S). AND they refused to take ANY responsibility for the damage caused in our 2nd Floor Laundry Room and kitchenette area directly below it on the first floor. They sent an installation person out to troubleshoot and he said “everything is connected properly.” Then, I called the manufacturer (GE) and they came out and said the issue wasn’t with the unit but likely internal and caused possibly during installation of the new units. My plumber eventually confirmed this because Grand Appliance refused to assist further. Prior to this purchase and install we had experience NO ISSUES with Leaks. ZERO! Their install team “installed and uninstalled” (moved) the units 6 times, violently shifting the drain tray in which the units were placed and are connected to a floor drain. This jostling severed the floor drain causing sever flooding. My plumber confirmed the root cause and ultimately made the repair. SURELY, the Grand Appliance Installation Team of Professionals have installed MANY units that sat in drain trays and SHOULD KNOW that they are connected to A Floor Drain! The company has disavowed any liability. I won’t do local anymore. I’m spending my hard earned dollars with the Big Box Stores from now own. Truly, Truly, Shady!!

      Bought a $2000 refrigerator with a 5 year extended warranty. Once I needed service they refer me to their chosen warranty company. These people took my call and said they would call back with appointment. 4 months later never heard from them. Called Grand back to complain. They connect me to warranty company. Those people never answer the phone. Call Grand back. They tell me to talk to warranty company. How can I ? They dont answer! Grand wont do a thing. They sold the warranty they should stand behind it! Highly recommend any other retailer.

      Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Company employees do not communicate with one another. Automated phone calls for service appointments that get lost. Have been waiting for replacement appliances for 3 months and have yet to receive anything but empty promises. Do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

      I am the same as everyone else--I got scammed by this company--Why doesn't anyone ever investigate this company?? They blame everyone else including the customer but never want to take responsibility for the products they sell. You would think that BBB would pass these problems along to the Wisconsin Consumer Protection Agency to go after them since there are so many complaints!! They wont return phone calls for so long that you cant even return the appliance and their excuse is that it is too old for a return--Sure wasn't when I called the first of five phone calls that never got returned. Their product ruined more cost in food than the cost of the freezer!!

      Since Dec 29th when I called for service on my washer, I have had a terrible experience with A and E. Service came out on Jan 10th, and I had to order parts. They had scheduled my service again for Jan 16th. On the 14th, I get a message that the part is not in. On the 15th, I get a message that the part is in. No one showed up on the 16th. The Voice message states to go to the website to schedule service. Well, I have no work order number to schedule. I could not get anyone to talk when I called A and E. I reached out to the location of Grand Appliance They gave me the same number I had called. Then I was given another number for Centricity the warranty company. After 5 calls (Now Feb 1) I am told the parts were not ordered. They will expedite the order. At this time The voicemail I got was because 1 part was in. On Feb 2 the representative got irate with me because I asked him"how am I going to wash clothes for a family of 5 if your company is not doing what they are responsible for?" He told me he does want to hear my semantics. This rude representative told me when I call A and E I have to act like I am a repairman. On Feb 4 a part arrived at my home. I called A and E on Feb 6 and was told that I have the only part. The other part is on Back Order. On Feb 2 I spoke to Grand Appliance customer ********************** and they state they have no control. They could call on my behavior if I liked. A complete disappointment for all companies involved. Today is Feb 11 and still no washer to wash our clothes. On top of this, NO ONE is following up with me. There is no compensation except for the $50 that I spend on washing. In order for that to happen, the part needs to be repaired, and I have to submit receipts for a laundry mate. I have never had receipts from a laundry mate before.
