  From **** *. Hi I am a partially disabled veteran. Because of my disability it was hard for me to work full time. So we thought it would be a great idea for me to be a stay at home Dad and buy fixer uppers for me to work on weekends and evenings, when my Wife was home. Worked out great as we went along and my knowledge grew I also started putting additions on houses, roofing, just doing almost any kind of construction for myself or hire. I did this for around 40 yrs., so got quite comfortable with all aspects of building. Just wanted to let you know this so you can feel comfortable with my review. I would have done the roof myself but disability has just gotten too bad. So what we were looking for was kinda someone that I could work with on the project. So when Sam and Nolan came for the estimate Sam was quite happy to let me go along up on the roof and go thru with him how and what his thoughts were on each aspect, he was even quite open to some requests and suggestions I had. Super nice people. I could tell from his perspective that he does not cut any corners and does numerous extra quality items that I know other roofers do not do. He does it like I would have. When installation day came they told me it was OK for me to go up on the roof anytime to watch the work going on. Again from being around lots of roofers over the years it was clear to me that numerous of their installation processes are superior to the competition and the customer again would never know. I did have an unusual request on the chimney that they redid for me, but Andy ( also a super guy ) had to make like 6 trips to ******* to get it just right, he was so proud when he finally got it, he had the biggest smile on his face when he got me out of the house to show me. I would consider them all my friends at this time, how nice it is to know there are still people out there that take such pride in their work. Could not recommend higher. Thanks for your time   ****

  Kingdom did a front door replacement from ******. Took a while to get the door - not their fault. The door is per the spec requested. Noticed that it doesn't seem to reject outside temperature as well as the older rear door due to different material. Also the framing is loose at the bottom, but that may have been an opening issue; not sure and can't tell from the install. If I had to call out negatives: - when I spoke to Andy, I actually showed a photo from their own site of what I wanted. That was to include the door surround. That surround wasn't installed, it's just a basic surround. So the visual isn't exactly what was requested. That wasn't the installer's fault. - But what WAS the installer's fault, is that despite seeing that my lawn is the nicest in the neighborhood and despite a significant amount of open concrete right nearby that they could have sued, the team kept trampling over the lawn repeatedly, tossing tools on it, etc. Even when I asked them not to, they kept doing it until Andy (eventually) told them not to. But Andy didn't see the message for quite some time. So the feedback for Kim and Sam: RESPECT THE PROPERTY.

  I had another company come out and start a job. They abandoned the work and thank god Kingdom Contracting was able to step in and get the work done. Andy turned a nightmare into a better experience. My home looks so much better. They are ethical (unlike a lot of people out there) and they do what they say they will do and then some. I highly recommend this company. Do yourselves a favor and look no further than Kingdom Contracting.

  10/10/2023 I went with this company because of there five star reviews. Two years ago my husband and I hired Kingdom Contracting to fix our roof, garage roof, and fix our chimney, and August 14 2023 for the first time of the 8 years living in our home, water came into our home.We could here the water in the walls dripping and water coming out the furnace and air ducts. We contacted Kingdom the sent someone out and he said the roof looked good, other than few ban sticking up and after showing a video of water coming out furnance and air ducts, they finally said you have a leak but still wouldn't come out to fix it, even though I have warranty for chimney and roof. I hired an inspector to come out and he said my leak was do to poor workmanship. Finally after repeatedly contacting And Romano and telling him we were concerned about more damage to our home. I call owner of company, I with Kim on 9/25/2023 WHO STANDS BEHIND POOR WORKMANSHIP. I told her I was hiring someone else because I nolong trusted them or their workmanship. The next day 9/26/2023 Kim sent a text to me saying she sorry I won't permit them to come out and find the source of the leak. MORE DECEPTION. After over a month of asking them to honor their warranties. Also did I mention they called the inspector we hired and tried to get him to change his report. BUYER BEWARE

At Kingdom we have a *******************, desiring to do all we can within our capability to meet the needs of every homeowner we encounter. We do greatly care and empathize with you for the stress of having leaks. Locating the source of the leak, then rectifying it is of utmost importance. 8/27/21 an inspection was performed of your roof and chimney. The noted condition at that time was that it was in need of full replacement as evidenced by the significant granular loss, corrosion of the shingles, interior water damage, lack of chimney flashing, crumbling cap and areas needing repointing. Full roof replacements are costly and not always an immediate option which is why we offer repair solutions that *** temporarily extend the life of ones roof/chimney. Given repairs were due to age insurance would not cover. We replaced hip and ridge shingles where the worst of the corrosion was, replaced the chimney cap, did some repointing and then installed according to proper installation practices chimney flashing. It is not only in our best interest but for our clients that all work performed be according to proper installation practices as our reputation and integrity would be compromised if we did anything less than high quality workmanship and utilizing best materials possible. We keep apprised of building codes, industry and manufacturer installation practices for all services and materials we provide. We take seriously all inquiries we receive, performing a service inspection usually within ***** hours. Typically a determination of the origin of the issue whether derived from installation defect or an unrelated issue can be made at that time. Some instances to identify the leak source a return visit when it is raining is needed to see where an entry point *** be especially when there are preexisting water stains that *** mask the present concern. To define workmanship warranty, if a defect is found from the original scope of work installation and a subsequent issue is incurred directly related to the original installation, we will cover the cost of the repair necessary to rectify. Our workmanship warranty does not include any other circumstance that caused the occurrence such as an unrelated issue not related to the original scope of work, preexisting conditions prior to Kingdom scope of work completion, material age, ice damming, storm damage or acts of God. It doesn't include covering projects that are new located in the general area. ** law states 1 year length is required, ours is for length of material age installed. 8/14/23 we were contacted regarding a leak present, 8/15/23 an inspection was performed. It was determined there was no installation defect and caused by a new leak a number of feet away from the chimney. At this time we were informed that a desire to independently investigate was going to be pursued. We stated we wanted to be kept informed so we could partner with you in its resolution. Upon receipt and review of the independent home inspectors report, we contacted him to discuss the findings. After discussing in length the preexisting conditions of the chimney and roof of the original scope of work from 2021 and materials actually used the inspector opined with our determination. He was not aware of actual materials used, installation performed, or preexisting conditions prior to work completion in 2021. He stated he'd place a call or email to recant his report findings, that a new report wasn't possible due to costs. Should any defect to the work have been found we would've rectified expeditiously without hesitation or delay as we take ownership for all we do and are a company of high integrity and honesty. We understand that your trust has been compromised, we do hope and desire you and your family will be blessed and favored in many days to come!

  To Kingdom Contracting staff and project employees. Our project with you was a new roof on our home and garage, new gutter Installation, chimney Inspection and remodel and new insulation. Our experience with the staff and project employees definitely is a 5 star rating. Our consultation with Joe*************** and his associate explained to us in great detail about your company and our roofing project. Andy the Production Manager always kept us informed as to when our project would start and when the different parts ot our project would take place. Mike the Project Manager was great. He came to our home everyday to check with the employees working on our project and also spoke with us about the progress and if there were any changes to take place.All the staff and project employees were punctual, professional and worked very hard.
