      The business practice of this workout facility is horrible! I wouldn't give it a star. They do not disclose their policies and try to trick you into paying for services you don't use. I wasn't aware of their 30 day notice membership cancellation because though they make you sigh all these agreements, they don't really disclose anything because their trainers and front desk workers suck. The suckiest person is the Business Manager who doesn't know anything about Finance. The Regional Manager is as equally as incompetent as everyone else in this facility. It makes me feel uncomfortable calling people incompetent but there is not other word to describe the staff here. If you call 2 weeks in advance to cancel your membership, they'll still charge you. You won't even be granted a one-time exception because they are crooks! Do not get your membership here! They are racist and I have read reviews of other people of color be treated the same way. Someone needs to look into this business and the unethical business practice they have.

      My family was discriminated against by the preschool swimming instructor, *****. As soon as we walked in for my sons first lesson she didnt greet us but went on a rant that I must get in the water with him and that he cannot wear that floaters he had on. When I explained prior to registering I spoke to the membership team and director of aquatics (and clearly listed on the app) that is not the case, she insisted I made it all up. I had recent surgery and unable to be in the water and made sure prior to registering I got him in the appropriate class. We signed him up for preschool level , which she was teaching at that hour, not parent tot, which requires parents. She was so kind to the white parents and children that were present but not us! As the class went on, she gave us harassing looks, even at the end of class when my 3 yr old son cried because we had to leave , she made jokes about him crying to others in the pool. When I reported this to leadership team, it was not treated properly but instead , we got a sorry for your experience. This wasnt a customer service experience , it seemed more like discrimination. They suggested we switch locations to continue lessons but did not take disciplinary action with the employee. I refused to accommodate her and inconvenience my family by switching locations. After continuing to escalate the matter, they offered to switch us to private lesssons with another instructor in order to finish off our package. Very disappointed in the manner/solutions taken to address the matter.
