  We hired Certapro to paint the outside of our house. When they were done, we were very disappointed in the work. We thought we were hiring true painters and that was not the case at all. There were holes not filled, holes filled that shouldn't have been as items were to be put back into those holes and wasn't, drips of dried paint, sloppy painting with paint on window *****, cords, chain link fence and left there to dry. Damage to our new window ***** which had to be from their ladders, etc, etc. We contacted the salesman, who sent the crew back to fix items however the same people came back and actually made it worse not better. We called on Friday once we were able to look at the work they came back to do as it was not all done and/or not done right. We requested a call back. No call back yet and it has been 4 days. Salesperson states that we need to talk to the painter that was in charge of the crew however he has not called. At this time we are filing with the BBB, stopping payment at the bank and will have to wait for someone to call us as the work was not done correctly and they have left us no choice. We have even tried the office and there is only a answering service that takes messages so left one and no call back from them either. I have picture galore of the shotty work. I would stay clear of this company!

  I had my living room, family room, hallway and kitchen ceiling painted. The gentlemen did a great job, cleaned up well, I only needed to do minimal vacuuming, and they worked steady all day!I would definately recommend this company.************

  Extremely dissatisfied. Had 8 roons painted. Left drips on my walls. Paint splatter all over my brand new floors. Paint on my furniture and light fixtures. Had my cabinets painted as well. Hasn't even been two years and wood grain is showing through and Paint is peeling.

  We decided to paint our vinyl siding on our house and shed. After doing research we found certa pro. We were very happy with all the customer service and the painters were amazing.. Totally changed the look of the house. We would highly recommend Certa Pro. Sincerely Terry *******

  Nice job from estimate to job completion. I had my siding power washed and the wood trim around my windows and door frames scraped & stained. The worker was friendly, professional, and neat.

  For the most part the experience was excellent. Two issues brought down the rating, however. First, I had a hard deadline as to when it had to be finished, and was told they could do the job. Two weeks before arrival, I got a call saying they didnt have the workers to do it at the requested time frame. It did work out in the end. The second issue was that the kitchen cabinets were painted but three of the doors were not sanded properly and immediately started chipping. I reached out to them to request them to redo the three doors but never heard back. When asked to write this public review, I wrote them privately to fix the issue before writing this but did not hear back from anyone to discuss fixing the badly sanded doors. The walls and trim were done beautifully but I would not recommend them for kitchen cabinets.
