5 starsMaintaining a home by myself as a senior is quite challenging ! After 44 years, I am on my own.I can't thank Roman Electric and Plumbing enough for its wonderful service, especially over the past year. Their technicians are not only great, but their customer service is the best. Anytime I have plumbing or heating issues, their servicemen have been not only efficient, but are helping me to forecast what may need to be done in the future. I've been bitter for a couple of years now, every time I turn on my lights. I asked for under kitchen counter lighting wired to a single wall plate switch. I let them do their thing since I am not an electrician. When they finished, I now have to turn on the lights individually from each light. Idiots didn't listen. I had no choice but to pay, or take them to court. Caveat Emptor people.

We are sad to hear you are upset with your installation from almost three years ago of the under cabinet lighting. I noted your estimate and invoice stated: Off existing outlet in kitchen run wire to under cab lights roughly one ft. Supply and install 4 Undercab lights.I reviewed the photos and the installation is appropriate for this scope of work. If you would like the installation modified to include a switch, please give us a call, we would be happy to send an electrician out to satisfy the way you would like your lights to operate.Review fromPhil K
