    Painted Fox is a scam and should be forced to remove the website so people can no longer order from **** Despite what my gut said I spent 7 months going back and forth about a piece I ordered. There was alway an excuse to why it was delayed. I sent another email ask about when it would be detected because it supposedly was being delivered to the warehouse over a month ago and she cancelled my order. I spent the last 7 months planning my house around this piece of furniture. Super disappointing. Super upset.

    I placed an order (order number *****) for dining room chairs during the Black Friday sale, Nov 2022. Over the next few months I was in communication (me inquiring, not the company reaching out to me) with Painted Fox home via email (there was no number on their site) that the order was delayed multiple times. I was first told that the order needed to be special ordered and that the manager also had a family emergency where I had to wait to hear back from her and another response saying somehow the special order was never placed so they needed to place the order which would cause another delay. We are now in July 2023 and I have yet to receive any furniture from this company. I checked my bank statement and it shows I was charged $1506.00 from a different merchant (****** beer company) but the name on the statement comes up as Painted fox home. I call the beer company and they tell me that they have had instances where their merchant name was being used for fraudulent charges! I have tried to reach back out to Painted Fox home and I am getting no response. This company is a scam!

    Purchased coffee table and 2 side tables 8/2021 from Painted Fox Home. Delivery date estimated to be fall 2021; told through email by Painted Fox of multiple shipping delays. Coffee table arrived 1/2022, still no side tables. The last email inquiry I made about side tables was 4/23/2022. I never received any notice that the tables ever shipped, never given an expected arrival date. The delivery company for Painted Fox, CEVA, called my cell phone May 2021, scheduled delivery of the two side tables for 6/6/2022. CEVA called morning of delivery to cancel, said tables were not available. CEVA representative said the delivery would be rescheduled via phone- I never received follow up to reschedule. After waiting all summer, still did not have any delivery date for the tables. I emailed Painted Fox 9/22/2022 to inquire. After this 9/2022 inquiry, Painted Fox Home spent over three MONTHS inquiring about the situation, even suggesting I call the police. They also reached out to the delivery company, CEVA. According to Painted Fox Home, instead of rescheduling, CEVA left the tables unsecured outside my home 6/9/2022, without any notice of delivery to either company or myself. Of note, I was out of town 6/9/22 and never received any tables. Painted Fox forwarded me the email from CEVA admitting the tables were not received by me and that my signature was forged by the delivery team, which CEVA admitted to in writing. My neighborhood/home are not gated, no cameras on my property other than a nonrecording Ring doorbell. I contacted Painted Fox requesting a refund multiple times via both voice mail of ********************* (owner) and email at ******************************** The last correspondence I have from Painted Fox was from associate *** 11/29/2022, saying ********************* had a family emergency and that I would get resolution to my problem by that week's end. No one from Painted Fox has ever contacted me ever. Company won't return calls or emails. Similar complaints about company on BBB.

    I ordered 8 barstools in April 2022. Before purchasing, I emailed the company to confirm the chairs were in stock and available for shipment. I was told they were and I would receive them by May. The company has initiated zero communication, all follow up has been initiated by me. It has been one promised delivery date after another and now I sit here in the middle of November without barstools. I emailed them yesterday and said I wanted my order canceled and my funds refunded immediately. I received an email back stating that they had to submit my cancellation request for approval without charging cancellation fees. Absolutely ridiculous that they would even consider charging a customer who has waited seven months for a product while they have held $3000 is ludicrous. Meanwhile, my order still hasnt been canceled and my funds are still not refunded.

    We are so sorry for this customer experience. We strive for complete satisfaction and always do our best to pass along the most accurate information available to us. Unfortunately, supply chain issues have persisted for some products and we are frustrated by the delays as well. We did speak to this customer by phone this morning and a full refund and cancellation were processed.

    Order #***** May 7, 2023 Painted bee box coffee table With extended protection plan $1418.00 I have called numerous times and left messages with no return call or email. I have not received my order and have paid amount. April 11,2022 4 chairs with no receipt from painted Fox or an order #. Paid $566.00. Picture of chairs with my inclosed cushion order. Emailed April ********************************************************** June. It is July 20th and I have still not received them. She stated they had been special ordered on my behalf. I am not sure why she is selling products on her website that need to be special ordered to have the customer receive them. I have paid for all above items and feel that I have waited an adequate and appropriate time to receive them or at to least have painted Fox let me know when I could expect to receive items. Really poor customer service.

    Hi **** - I am so sorry if you have not been receiving our responses to your emails (the most recent sent May 31 at 2:12 pm). As mentioned in that email, supply chain issues have become a bit unpredictable and we are frustrated by the delays as well. As a courtesy, we have cancelled and refunded both orders in full.

    I sincerely apologize for this customer experience as we strive for complete satisfaction and always do our best to pass along the most accurate information available to us.
