  We have worked with River Valley on 3 projects to date and just hired them for 2 more. They are great to work with, very professional and did a very good job. All the people we have worked with to date have done excellent work. We really like our new showers and our deck looks so nice, it exceeded our expectations. Our sales rep Alex ******* is always prompt in getting us answers and returning calls. We had one issue with a permit and the owner called us directly to clear every thing up with both us and the county. We would be comfortable recommending them to anyone who is looking for work to be done.

  Adam and the rest of the team did a fantastic job with our recent remodeling projects on our garage roof and our new walk in shower. Everyone was efficient, knowledgeable and thorough in their work!

From the initial consultation, to the quality of the roofing materials, to the workmanship of the roofing crew, everything was done in a professional manner, and they exceeded all of my expectations.   It was a pleasure to work with River Valley Remodelers .They have capable and personable workers.The quality of their product is outstanding.They were quick to resolve issues that arose and completed the project with 100% satisfaction.Very good communication with all involved .Their pricing is competitive.

  We had River Valley Remodelers come for out for a free estimate for windows. 4 hours later we were buying 10 windows for $32,000, having to put $7,000 down and wait 4 months for installation. We cancelled the purchase. Another salesmen came out and wanted to prove how good their service and products were so we agreed to a $6000 patio door. While putting door in there was a 1-2 inch gap around the top, it was mansplained to me that the gap was exactly the way it should be and it would be filled in with insulation rather than a board across the top. After all insulation holds screws better than wood. They ran out of caulk and would come out the next day to finish. After using the door 3 times the screen refused to open. I called the next day to report the problem and someone would be out that day (Friday). I waited all day and no one showed up, it was now the weekend and after office hours but left a message. After not hearing anything by early Monday morning I called our salesman. They returned call to my husband and said someone would be out on Tuesday. When they returned they discovered that a s**** had fallen into the screen track from the top preventing the screen from operating. I also asked for warranty and invoice. A week later I received a text message saying they wanted to come out to finish door. I responded with question what do you need to do? There was no response to my question but they called my husband 3 days later asking to verbally agree that door installation was complete and to release the money for balance owed. I called back and requested warranty and invoice. Warranty was then emailed apparently they do not do invoices. My concerns about their business practices include not giving different price quotes on window options as it is too time consuming to show options, very strong pressure to purchase, the second sales person was not going to leave until we purchased and their lack of communication regarding questions or not showing up.

  We are delighted with our recent house siding, window, and door renovation project with our River Valley Remodelers team. Jason, David, William and Paul were our primary construction team and were a pleasure to work with. The team lead responded promptly to any questions and concerns and all team members were very respectful, professional, and customer-oriented in the way they worked with us. I also was impressed with how they worked together, it was obviously they enjoyed their work, and as a result and their skills and craftmanship are awesome. Again, I am so delighted with the end result - the house has been transformed. Thank you, (and I would give you 6 stars! :)

  Did a great job. On time and great work. When old shower removed there were issues and took the time to correct before putting in new shower. Very pleased.
