    I was pulled over for suspension on my license so my vehicle was impounded. On 12/15/2024 at 1:42pm my vehicle was towed to "On Time Towings" lot, which is 1/4 mile away from where I was pulled over, so about 3 city blocks total. On 12/16/2024 at 8:30 am I went to pick up my vehicle from the tow company. On the phone the owner instructed me that he only takes cash. When I get to towing company, I asked why the price is so much when it hasn't even been a full 24 hours sense my truck got towed. His explanation was storage fees. He charged me for 2 days of storage, the 15th and the 16th. My vehicle was still sitting on his flatbed trailer he used to tow it when I got there to pick it up. I asked for a receipt several times, he went and unloaded my vehicle then came back in and asked what else he could help me with like I haven't asked several times already. He proceeded to give me my receipt, on the receipt is a bunch of false information. He put down my keys were not included, which he gave me them back when I picked up my vehicle. He charged me double for a few extra things, but no taxes! Hmmm. When asking for explanation he was very rude, which doesn't surprise me looking at his comments on his ****** reviews. Somebody needs to look into this business!! As I am clearly not the only person who's been having trouble with this company.

    Under WI Statue ****** it'll inform you of what a storage day is. Multiple errors in report that need to be corrected. Owner of company needs to be reviewed, multiple complaints on them. Instead of addressing an issue the owner throws a high-school tantrum to anybody that disagrees with him. Name calling, rudeness, etc, Is very unprofessional. He picked the right career that fits his character perfectly. My license got suspended and my vehicle couldn't be parked where it was so it got towed. I didn't get arrested for a suspended license, it was a citation. I have most of the confrontation at his office on recording as well, nobody was loud or disrespectful. Little angry maybe considering almost $400 tow bill for not even a whole 24 hours of being on his truck. But after reading some of his reviews I'm not surprised of the situation I had to deal with, as many others had to deal with the same thing.
