    I've used MR HEATING AND COOLING LLC 3 times so far. The first time was at the height of the pandemic and they were absolutely wonderful building me a completely new heating and air conditioning system. I most recently had to depend on them once again to help me with a water heater issue.
    Their employees, from those doing the scheduling to the skilled technicians, have always been so courteous, dependable, efficient and just plan wonderful to me. I can't thank them enough for the confidence I feel when I need their help.
    I never leave reviews for anything because I just don't like to do so, but I just had to do one for this company.
    Thank you again for being a company I can trust completely!

    This has been the most awful experience I have ever had with any company! I shopped around and Mr. Heating was in the middle with estimate. This brand-new unit has worked 11 weeks out of 27 weeks. Kenny has always been nice but the people in the office and their answering service are horrible. From the Co-owner texting me ‘take it or leave it” to “you can get someone else” I am so done. I am supposed to have a 2-year warranty, I guess we will see! With all the aggravation, they are horrible to deal with. The A/C was used 11 weeks and quit working. It took them 12 days to repair which isn’t too bad, I guess. Then we tried the heat 9/18, not working! It was just repaired on 11/30. Over 2 months to repair the heat! It works but not the thermostat. We must turn the breaker off and on for the heat. Says “we lost paperwork in thermostat & he must order new instructions. Well, you’re an HVAC guy and I am sure that was a standard thermostat so not sure why you don’t know how to program a thermostat! To say the least, my nerves are shot and I am extremely frustrated!!
    05/31/24 - Unit installed
    08/16/24 - A/C not working
    08/28/24 - A/C unit repaired
    09/18/24 – furnace heat not working
    11/30/24 – heat fixed but must turn off & on at the breaker

    I wanted to give a shout-out to Mr. Heating and Cooling. They came out today to service my systems, and I could not get over his professionalism, great attitude, and the time he spent explaining my current and future needs. Unlike many, they also offer an annual service plan with incredible rates. He was on time, quick, and efficient, and he did not try to upsell me. His firm sponsors community events and believes in building business in our community. I highly recommend them!

    BEWARE! My experience was filled with Drama from Office Personnel, Lies, mediocre work, damage to property, and Acts of Extortion. Do as you will, but I recommend searching for, and comparing the other Heat/AC Companies in the area.
    My original call was due to outside unit clicking on/off and inside unit having an electric buzz. Kenny came out and replaced the relay on the outside unit, then put a nice creased bend in the inside unit's panel while forcing it off to look at the blower. Since the blower started to spin, he placed the panel back on, asked for $300 (that's after removing $165 for Vet Discount) for the relay replacement, and headed on his merry way. Within 20 minutes after he left, the blower stopped and was making that humming sound.
    FYI… $300 is about the Industry Standard Price for such work. I believe their “Veterans Discout” is just a marketing ploy.
    I called back to inform them about the blower stop working. Office person, Julie provided a date and time (7:00a) for the blower to be replaced ($1,175, afterVet Discount). I asked for a later time, and she set it up for 8:30a. I have All emails and texts. At the end of the workday before the work was to be done, Julie sent a confirmation for 7:00a. I told her I have emails and texts for 8:30a. She argued the point and since I, The Customer was in the Right, she just Canceled the appointment. If I still wanted the work done, they'd add an additional $275 Emergency fee.
    I found another company to do the work, Cheaper, and without a Vet Discount. Now, Julie will possibly respond to this accurate review to try and spin the situation to make them look good. This is my review, and as I stated, do as you will but make sure you do your research before they try to sell you a Whole New System (which they also tried with me)

    Update spoke to Mr ********** yesterday asked to please send pictures of the damage he claims our service technician caused to his property he denied any damages were made we also asked his about the claims of extortion he denied he even mentioned any type of event. We were called to repair the outside ac unit which was completed on may 2nd as we explained to him his system is 35 years old
    2 months ago we came out replaced a start relay and capacitor and added r22 refergant for $300.00 plus a 20 percent military discount on your outdoor hvac system with same day service. Your messaged on memerial day weekend saying your indoor fan isn't running as we explained to you we didn't have available appointment we try to schedule you for our next available day and time we had you didn't want to accept appointment between 7 and 8 am the following week you sent us pictures of the motor you removed from the unit on your own asked us to get you a price. Julie advised you we need to come out and diagnose your problem can't go off something you read on ******. We explained to you during normal business hours Monday- Friday our service calls are $89.00 7am to 5 pm
    After hours emergency service calls are $185.00.
    So after multiple trying to accommodate you on our availability you sent a message we have on our software you rather sleep each time we offed a day and time is your response to us.
    We never worked on your indoor unit as you have claimed and we don't charge $275.00 for any service calls. We have all messages within software from you sorry we were unable to accommodate your schedule and our availability didn't work for you

    Reliable, honest, and decent price, contacted them and explained my hvac system issue, told them that I have a new born at home, they showed up less than two hrs, they fixed it, I ran into some other issues (wire and thermostat), David helped me trouble shoot it via phone over the weekend. Ran into additional issue several days later (overflow switch gone bad), he showed up the next day, fixed it, he made sure my system is working well before he sent me the invoice. Highly recommend!

    Excellent service. julie was very pleasant to deal with on the phone. kenneth was a pleasure to deal with when he came out to diagnose the problem. The technician, Thomas did a great job replacing the motor. He fully tested the system to verify everything was working correctly. He was very friendly and left the area clean when he finished.
