    I purchased a 2015 Honda pilot from A&B Kia in Beenwood wv. In September 2023. The day after I got it the check engine light came on. I took it back in and was told I need a new Cadillac converter. I have contacted them several times. And I am yet to have my vehicle fixed. This affects my gas mileage I can not imagine how much gas I have wasted due to there lack of care. I have gave them several chances to fix the problem now I just feel ignored. The manager won’t even call me back. NONE OF THEM.

    If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! Took my car in to have it fixed. Paid for a diagnostic. They came back with a plan and a quote and said they would call when the part arrived. A week later I didn’t hear anything. I called… and called and called. No answer, no return call. I drove there three weeks later. I Talked to the service advisor, B******** (sp?) and he said they “misquoted” me the price for the part and it would now be almost triple the cost. So, I asked if labor could be removed from the bill since they made the mistake and never called me for three weeks? They agreed. Still no part. I left and waited another week. Called back and this time got Dave W***** the service manager! He was hot headed, rude, angry and arrogant! I told him what was going on. He said he would go look for the part. He actually called back about 30 minutes later and said the part was sitting on the shelf. I went in for service the next day. After it was serviced, I Picked up my car, drove it home and the check engine light came on and the same thing was happening. Called back and he said “you’ll have to pay for another diagnostic!” Rudely, of course! Took the car back and Dave W***** and B******** were upset! Didn’t want to really talk to me. Quoted me another outrageous price to repair. Got completely hot headed and disrespectful!
    Went to talk to the GM and he said he would talk to W***** and call me back! He never did and I haven’t heard from him to this day. My car is still not working properly and they took $650 from me!!! I would never ever recommend this dealership for anything. I wonder if Mike F**** Sr and Jr know what is happening at their dealership. Everyone I talk to in the Wheeling, Benwood area tells me the place is horrible. They tried to warn me. Take this as my warning to you. Do NOT use A and B Kia!

    I bought a car from here and bought the extended warranty and my engine needed replaced at 30,000 miles.Well they had my car for a month and a half to do this and got the run around the whole time,the tech had a death in family ,then an inspector had to look at it from the warranty place ,then it took 2 weeks to get the engine,then their air conditioner machine quit working so have to take it back tomorrow to get that charged and spend 2 hours there to finish the job finally. I am not happy,please don't buy anything from them unless you want a bad experience.i don't give them any star rating.

    Bought a used c AR from them and with in 2 months the car engine stopped working. Towed it to nearest mechanic. They said it need a engine. Went to a & B Kia. Them sent me to a hyndia dealer to see if any recalls and warranty on the car. Went back to a & B Kia and told them there was none. They didn't give me any warranty on the car when I bought it. They said for me to tow the car to them and they would look at it. They had the car for two weeks no phone call to let me know what was going on . I called and they gave me the run around again. I did get a hold of Jack the gentle men that was coordinating the work on my car. He screamed at me that he was trying to get a hold of Hyundai ti see they could help.. they all ready ent me there so whats going on.. no word yet it has been 3 weeks since they got my car. I. Paying for a car I do not have.!

    Had my car inspection on 9/20/23 and they failed it claiming my tires didn't pass. Tires was less than 2 years old with less than 10,000 miles on them. I had tire dealership check tires and absolutely nothing wrong with them, also I had another WV inspection station check and also agreed nothing wrong but due to A&B failing them I was left with no choice but to purchase 4 new tires. At that said inspection my front brakes was at a 4 on both sides and inspection was passed after replacing tires. Today 10/25/23 I went for oil change only, for some reason they checked my brakes and told me both front brakes was at a 1 and would not pass inspection if I was due for one. A&B is who just passed my inspection on 9/20/23 and my car only has 800 miles difference since that inspection. I questioned this and they re checked then said one side is still at a 4 with other being a 1. I'm not sure what type of fraud they are pulling but they definitely are doing it. After my questioning of their mechanics capabilities I was offered a free oil change next service with future free oil changes if I gave them a good review . I have dealt with this location for several years and have purchased 2 vehicles from them without problems but now will not deal with them moving forward. Whatever perks service deptartment gets by charging for unnecessary fake repairs will not be contributed to by me. A&B here is your review and you can keep your free oil changes !!
