I had a HVAC unit installed last February 2022. In the contract it states I have one year to have unit removed if not 100% satisfied. On January 6, 2023 I sent a certified letter to have unit removed. They insisted I give them a chance to fix issue and they installed a vent in one room and I had a humidifier installed on unit myself but this did not help matters. The unit is not capable of keeping house comfortable being two story. This had been discussed on a few different occasions Pryor to date. On February 6,2022 I called twice to try and discuss with owner how to go about this professionally because I was willing to pay for Insulation installed on same date and again this morning 02/07/2023 only to be told he was not taking my call even leaving a voice mail on 02/06/2023 at 4:43pm after being told he just walked out the door.
We are on eve of contract so I feel a delay tactic is being used to say "oh our over 365 days". is past.

Dodrill heating and cooling installed a **** unit and attic insulation on 02/23/2022. On 02/25/2022 Joe called for a diagnostic stating the system was making a noise, we replaced the blower motor under warranty at no cost to Joe. On 11/18/2022 routine maintenance was completed with no issues found per Technician and no complaints from owner. In Late November or December Joe ***** called Scott ***** complaining about his interest rate that he was paying on his loan. The loan he applied for and the interest rate he received was based on his credit and was between **** and Mr. *****. Dodrill has nothing to do with the loan between Mr. ***** and the lender **** banking.

On January 4th we received a letter from Mr. ***** stating he would like the unit removed. On 01/06/2023 we sent Scott ***** and our most Senior Tech Tanner ***** to check system. They found absolutely nothing wrong with the system. All rooms balanced within a degree or two. Which is completely normal in a split level home. Mr. ***** complaint was the downstairs bedroom was colder. On 1/09/2023 we sent Jimmy ********** and Matt ****y to add a extra run and vent to the bedroom downstairs at no cost to Mr. *****. System checked out and Temperature was good in all rooms. Customer signed ticket stating he was satisfied.

On 02/06/2023 Mr. ***** called the office demanding the unit be removed and his money be refunded. ******* feels this has nothing to do with the system performance Mr. ***** is upset over his financing, payment and interest rate.
