      BUYER BEWARE! James M***** took advantage of my elderly mother & myself because he wanted to cut corners. They improperly installed our entire roof and will not take accountability for the extensive damages they did to our home. Exposed nails, gaps in the shingles exposing the underlayment, over lapped shingles in other areas causing the wind to blow water underneath, did not use the required ice/weather protection on the eaves, nails protruding through our sunroom ceiling, all the eaves & our front porch which has caused leaking and dripping from the ceiling that is now covered in microbial growth (mold) that is encroaching to our home where the ceilings are staying wet, shingles overlapping too far over the drip edge, nails laying all over the roof on top of the shingles & that's only part of the issues. Been begging James M*****, the owner, since February 9 2024 to come & assess the damages & he refuses to address these issues as of today. He just wants to argue & try to gaslight us. We have two professional roof inspections with the video & pictures to prove the shoddy workmanship & damages done by his crew, but noone will help us as of recent. We just keep getting the run around & his son JR M***** told us to talk to his lawyer. We were much better off with our old roof. Wish I would've checked with the BBB before we hired Elite Roofing, but unfortunately I didn't because James M***** was referred to us by our plumber that we've known for 15 years, so we trusted him. $8,200.00 down the drain & we easily have $20,000.00 if not more in damages caused by Elite Roofing that they refuse to correct. Even the licensing contractors board & AG suggested filing a lawsuit, however, we are still trying to get him to do the right thing & come to a solution to make us whole, to no avail. Regret the day we ever met Mr. M*****.
