Had an appointment in October to get two teeth removed. Was taken into a room, anesthesia was started, then the doctor came in and said he couldn't do the procedure until I had cardio clearance. Took 3 months to get in with a cardiologist, then finally in February I was able to see a cardiologist and get the clearance form they wanted. I waited two weeks before calling to see why I still didn't have an appointment to which I was informed that they didn't have the clearance form. I called the cardiologist and asked them to re-fax the form. Waited about another week, called back and was told they did have the form and were just waiting for it to be scanned into the system. Waited another week, still NO call. Called back and was told they didn't have the form. Was given a new fax number to have it faxed to, called the cardiologist again, they faxed it to both numbers, receptionist called and told me she had the form in her hand. Waited two weeks, still NO CALL. Called back and was once again told that they didn't have the clearance form. The lady on the phone kept cutting me off trying to say they never told me that they had received it. After a pointless ten minute phone call NOTHING was resolved. I now have to call the cardiologist AGAIN and ask them to fax the form AGAIN and wait AGAIN to hopefully get an appointment to get them removed. Meanwhile I am in constant PAIN, nothing helps and there is NO relief. I feel like this office is full of incompetent employees and doctors. We need better options for dental care in our area. This place needs shut down .

Everything felt off about this place once I walked in. Bad things happen there. There are many bad reviews on this office. They are not putting patients completely under for tooth extractions. Double billing and just plain rudeness form all the staff. I gave it a try since I had to wait for 3 months just to get in my appointment to have a back chipped tooth pulled which was a referral from my primary dentist. I waited 2 hours to be seen. Didn’t eat or drink since the day before. It 1pm. I was so dehydrated but followed to rules for procedure. The only ONE nurse on staff had no clue on cost of procedures or cost off tooth replacements or anything really. The nurse was rude and just got Botox noticeably and as she is speaking to me her lips kept swelling from it. This office does facial Botox too. So seems to be why all of the patients in waiting room complaining of the long wait too. Waiting for the only nurse to get her lips Botox done. She had a fresh injection spot on her lip too. Very unappealing. She shouldn’t have been treating patients if she’s getting procedures done to herself the same day. Right? The nurse said since I took a couple sips of water 4 hours before from brushing my teeth I would have to reschedule. Which was not right either. She was so rude about it. They just wanted to bill me again I’m sure. I just had surgery to have a cyst removed from my pelvic area in Dec and I had to drink water with the meds the nurses on site gave me for the surgery because my extreme anxiety, and I take anxiety meds daily and was advised to take meds as normal so how do you take anxiety meds without a little water. Just an excuse to make me come back and bill me again. This office needs looked into way further. Now I have to make sure they don’t bill my insurance at all from this office since I was never seen by a dentist for what I needed. I did not see a dentist for a consult or anything from this office Mountain State Oral & Maxiofacial Surgeons.

My husband had two teeth retracted from this location. After I brought him home and he removed his gauze he had half a tooth left over in his mouth. This was very concerning to me as it made me worry about him not receiving proper care. I immediately called the location where they had me speak to a dental assistant, when I addressed my concerns she told me this was normal and that she was glad he didn't swallow the tooth. They were closing, so they did not offer for me to bring him back in and check him right away, they offered for me to come in the next morning. I explained we both worked the next day, in which she responded, well we tell patients to take off the next day. Funny as it is, the dental assistant who helped with his extraction told him going back to work the next day would be fine. This was not a small fragment, this was a large fragment. This fragment was as large as the pink eraser on the end of a number 2 pencil. Where he was numb on both sides of his mouth he could have easily been hurt from their neglect. What if he would have inhaled this? All they had to do was just simply make sure that everything was clean and they clearly neglected to do that.
