    This company sold us a 2019 jeep Cherokee and it has been trouble from day one. The mechanics there are not knowledgeable about the job they're doing and administrative staff do nothing but give you the run around. I do not recommend anyone buying their worthless service plan or even doing business with them. They aren't even BBB accredited. That speaks volumes. Wish I had known this before I spent any money on that no good place.

    Purchase was July of 2022. ******** ****** (customer/co-borrower) stated that the vehicle drove fine for the first few months and then it started having alignment issues. After driving a vehicle for a few months, driving habits paired with local road conditions could certainly have an impact on the alignment. We did one alignment where we charged the customer and then two more not charged to the customer, one of which where we sent the vehicle to a Jeep dealership and we provided a loaner at our expense for a week. Dutch Miller CDJR completed another alignment and advised no other issues. The customer took the vehicle to ********* and they advised shocks but we could not duplicate reasoning for shocks, we submitted a claim to see if it was covered by the extended warranty but that was declined. Due to the ownership period and alignment related issues being wear and tear typically, it makes sense that warranty would decline work. The dealership would also not be held liable for wear and tear during the ownership of the vehicle. Our General Manager spoke with the customer on 7/3/2023 and advised that I needed to gather more information after the holiday. I will reach back out to the customer to try and find a reasonable resolution. UPDATE: We have traded the customer out of the vehicle and into a new Hyundai Tucson

    Worst dealership in the area. They have had my car for over 5 months for a check engine light. This place doesn’t know what customer service is. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

    Unfortunately, there have been delays with respect to shipment of the parts to Dutch Miller Chevrolet that are necessary for resolution of the issues that caused the check engine light to illuminate. Unfortunately, this is something that is occurring to many customers all over the country. See, e.g., *******************************************************************

    Just to update that I got my car back and they did give me a number to work with them personally. I also was told that they had communicated with me and I got the feeling they was placing blame on me when they lacked customer service. Overall I still don’t think they understand that they lack the customer service. I also find it a funny coincidence that I filed several complaints(with BBB and Hyundai) and my back order part appeared. At the end of the day I’m still happy I got my car back.
