      HORRIBLE! I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband from ******* and it was scheduled for delivery on 12/6/23 from 8am - 8pm, no call, no email, no nothing, Hackbarth did NOT deliver my order. I did all the research to find the telephone number for them. I called them and spoke with Susann of the Mobile, AL. office. She said we just received this delivery today, we can't have it to you until 12/13/23. I confirmed that I would be here to sign for the delivery. 8am - 8pm. NOTHING! No call, no email, nothing! I called them and spoke with Katlyn and she stated that the driver showed up late for their route and they would not be able to make the delivery today. They would have to reschedule. I said absolutely not. I ask to speak with the supervisor, she said he was in the office, I said please transfer me. She said we can't the phones are not working. I said oh, the phones we are talking on are not working. She said we have had problems. I said Yes, and none of it is my issues. The supervisor's name was Chris, he was suppose to call me, he never did! I contacted *******, the lady put me on hold and tried to call Hackbarth and they wouldn't answer her call. She refunded me for the item ordered but still had to charge me $140.00 because the shipper charges them. I advised ******* to find another shipper.

      HACBARTH is a delivery service for ******** ******** CABINETS where I ordered my cabinets from home depot. the worst companies ever. finally got my complete home cabinets, one was broken one was the wrong size and they promised I'd have the 2 replacement cabinets by July 21, 2022. to this day their horrible shipping company HACKBARTH still doesn't have a clue where my 2 cabinets are it is now August 11, 2022 and my home build has past the 12 months the bank allows without financial penalties to me. ******** says Hacbarth has them, Hacbarth says ******** didn't send them. Today Hackbarth says they now only have 1 cabinet but wont ship it to me, maybe I'll get lucky and get one next week or maybe not. All I know is I want my money back and I can't get any answers from either of them. HORRIBLE BUSINESSES both of them!!!! I'm had my cabinets done in my new home build and now I will be fined until we finish because neither one of these horrible businesses have a clue where my 2 replacement cabinets are. I guess I will find a legitimate cabinet and shipping company and have to pay to have them all redone. I want everyone to know how horrible this shipping and cabinet companies are. Hackbarth has had them 3 weeks and they are lost somewhere in shipping. all I know is I still do not have my 2 replacement cabinets and someone is lying. I guess they shipped them to the moon or mars because I certainly never got them.
