    bought a vehicle with them and had problems the car couldn't keep oil in it. Called the salesman said have it towed to their service department. got a call said they don't work on kia s had to have it towed kia. bought the extended warranty but still couldn't get it fixed. give me the run around drive it to ur house and back in the morning we will check the oil. i did when they checked it was three qts low call the warranty ppl said drive it a few more times and bring it back in they would check it. no luck finally went back over to pioneer made several try's to get in contact with the manager he was always out or not there today. went back in dealership got little loud said what are u going to do about that piece of crap u sold me ,, they said lets go out side talk i said no lets not wanted to let other ppl know just what kind of place this was. the salesman said i will call u in a hr. he did say i had another car at the lot i could trade for what ended up happening they charged me for both cars know i have loan on a 2017 ford escape for 22,000 they didn't pay the other vehicle off just added to the loan. they called asked if i wanted to trade it in,, i said sure well the salesperson called back said i owe to much they cant do anything at this point... so im stuck would like to make sure that no one has to deal with this again.
