This company has been sending me bills for unpaid toll charges which does not belong to me. I have contacted them several times letting them know that the vehicle pictured and license plate number shown does not, and at no time belong to me, I have also tried disputing it on their online portal which does not work.

    The
Memorial Bridge is an all-electronic toll facility located in Parkersburg, WV
and does not have toll booths for the collection of toll payments. We reviewed
the recent correspondence regarding an account in the name of ***** ********* license plate number (OH) ******

    As a
result of our findings, on 11/20/2024 Mr. ******** initially filed a dispute,
stating he did not have the license plate registered in his name.  The dispute was denied on 11/21/24 based on
the information received for the registered owner of the vehicle at the time of
toll travel.  Included in the decision
was an opportunity for Mr. ******** to provide supporting documentation from
the OH DMV that would be considered for additional review.  To date, Mr. ******** has not provided any
    additional information for consideration.

To assist Mr. ******** with resolving this outstanding
balance we are willing to adjust the balance, leaving the amount due of $28.50.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and allowing Parkersburg
Bridge Partners to provide an update on this inquiry.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the objection.  To work towards a resolution, we were able to
validate the claim made by Mr. ******** of not having the vehicle registered to
him.  We no longer have a need for him to
provide additional vehicle transcript information and have removed him from
    liability.

As for this complaint, we consider this matter closed.  A courtesy phone call was made to Mr.
******** to explain this reply and address any questions.  He acknowledged no concerns and was satisfied
    with the outcome.

05/20/24 I get a bill for going across the parkersburg toll bridge twice charging $8.50, I went across once not knowing there weren't people on the other side to collect your .50 cents. Now they are sending me bills for another vehicle that never went across their bridge. Don't know how they got my plate number but don't appreciate hundreds of dollars in charges for going across a bridge once. Parkersburg bridge partners is a scam. I've tried opening a dispute and have called them multiple times with no response. Thanks for your help in this matter.

The Memorial Bridge is an all-electronic toll facility located in Parkersburg, WV and does not have toll booths for the collection of toll payments. We reviewed the recent correspondence regarding an account in the name of ******* ******, license plate numbers (OH) ***** and (OH) ******

As a result of our findings, on 03/26/24 Mr. ****** initially submitted a request to dispute multiple toll travel and a claim for only driving (OH) as a class 1 vehicle. The dispute was denied on 04/03/24 based on the dimensions of the flatbed trailer attached to the vehicle (class 2) and the validation of the 8 toll trips as of that date of decision. Since 04/03/24 there have been 3 additional trips for a total of eleven unpaid tolls for license plate (OH) ***** with an account balance due of $82.50.

I went across the bridge ONCE! Only because I thought I could pay the normal 50 cents on the other side. $8 to cross a bridge once is highway robbery and should be put to a stop. I'm sure I am not the only person having these issues. Not going to pay!
