    Terrible customer service. Manager was a complete ah. My card was compromised and I didn't realize my MOV pass was not being paid for.. they claimed they reached out but if they did it w a probably once and went unnoticed as well...anyway I rack up several monthly charges and fees and only find out because they sent me a bill for another account...long story shortened I offer to pay as much as I can when I can and made 100 payment that day the same day and for 5 days after my card was charged 30 dollars a day furthermore the payments came out as walk in payments so seemed very intentional though they claimed the system auto charged..anyway they didn't care refused to even apologize...i settled my bill and never crossing that bridge again it only saves you 5-10 minutes not that big of a deal

    This company is a scam. If you cross the bridge without a transponder they send you a bill. The bill lists three ways to pay the bill, through the website, a toll free number, or mail them a check. I received a statement for going across the bridge. I logged on four separate times to the website to pay it and received an error that my statement number couldn't be found. I called the toll free number and was left on hold for more than 10 minutes without any response. I finally wrote a check and mailed it to them. I then received a statement that i was being charged a $15.00 late fee. I assumed my payment and this statement passed in the mail and ignored it. However, today I received another statement showing they took my payment and added an additional $20 late fee to my account. So they are now saying I owe them $35.00 in late fees. So I log into the website and they can't locate my statement number. I call the toll free number and get to the point of entering my zip code to the credit card transaction and they system says it can't process my request and sends me back to the main menu. If this organization is going to advertise the ability to pay the tolls on their website or through a toll free number, then those systems need to work I am being penalized for not paying on time due to their inability to process payments. I would leave a less than 1 star rating if possible.
