    I have been using Mullen since I arrived in Charleston, and they have always been professional and quick, and well worth the higher costs. Today, another team came by to fix a leak, and they were great (Mason/C****) and Mason, the team lead, remembered being here 2 years ago when he was a team member. Today, being the team lead, he noticed some not-so-well-done work previously done by Mullen, and corrected that. Mullen Plumbing, be sure you keep Mason!

    I had a plumbing issue, so I called Mullen Plumbing Heating and Cooling. A plumber and his helper came and assessed the problem and determined it would cost $7,200 to fix. I asked if they could get the cost lower because I had nowhere near that much. They took an item of and said they could do it for $5,600 but that was as low as they could go and still fix the problem. I would have required a loan for that amount of money. My neighbor suggested another company that was able to fix the issue for about $900 and they let me pay with two checks.
    I feel that Mullen's was trying to overcharge me and charge me for plumbing services I did not need. I hope anyone who is considering using this company will take my experience into account. I was out the diagnostic fee, about $150, and had to pay that with the second plumbing company their diagnostic fee of $50.

    Mason and Jerry did an EXCELLENT job replacing the faucet in our shower and installing much needed shutoff valves. A little pricey though. I would highly recommend, just be prepared for the cost $$

    Other than the cost, these are great workers who are respectful and pleasant. I have used them for multiple jobs, from A/C / Furnace / Hot Water Heater (purchase & installation) to replacing the faucet. The workers are always professional.
