    Nikki Painter took newborn pictures for my family on June 5, 2023. I paid $500 for them. I contacted her on ******** messenger (how I usually communicate with her) on July 18, 2023 asking for an update because I hadn't received anything. She ignored the message. I contacted her again on August 25, 2023 and asked for an update. She emailed me that day saying she would have them done soon. I waited and received nothing. I emailed her back on the same email on October 3, 2023 and never received a response. It has now been 19 weeks and I still have not received my photographs.

    Nikki Painter Photography took newborn photos of my daughter on 6/2/22. In our contract it states that photo galleries are to be returned within 4-6 weeks. I waited 7 weeks and reached out via ********* message on 7/19/22. I received a response on 7/22/22 stating that she had ours coming up very soon and just had to put the final touches on the photos and she would be in touch asap. I waited another month and reached out again on ********* message on 8/14/22 and never received a response. I emailed her on 8/29/22 with no response. I found a different email on her ******** page and emailed that on 8/30/22 again with no response. I tried contacting her by phone on 9/1/22 and the phone number I have for her is now out of service. It has now been over 13 weeks since the photos were taken and I still have not received the photo gallery nor have I heard a response from Nikki since 7/22/22.

    I had newborn pictures taken on April, 19 2022. It has now been over 4 months and we still have not received the photos. We paid $600 for our newborn session. In the information sheet given to us, she states it would be a 4-6 weeks turnaround time. On July 11, 2022 I reached out to her saying it had now been 12 weeks since our session. She responded on July 12 stating she had our pictures pulled & ready for final edits. It’s been another month & we’ve had no updates.
