      I had a very disappointing experience with Joe R. Pyle Complete Auction and Realty Service. I participated in their recent auction, and right before the live bidding started, they added reserves to the vehicles. This was not communicated beforehand, which felt deceptive and unfair to bidders like myself who were expecting a transparent process.
      When I confronted them about this issue, they outright told me I was wrong. I even provided screenshots to back up my claims, but instead of addressing the situation, they simply stopped responding to my messages.
      This lack of professionalism and transparency is unacceptable, and I would not recommend using their services. If you're looking for a trustworthy auction company, I suggest you look elsewhere.

      The assertion made is inaccurate. The screenshots the customer shared in fact proved that he was incorrect. We stopped responding when it was clear further discussion was of no use. This customer was in no way harmed or damaged by this interaction.

      1. They debited my account $1 which they are not suppose to do. Since I only put money in this account as needed it resulted in $3 and $35 each overdraft fees for signing up to bid on different auctions. Then I had someone else to pickup Dunbar auction as I was getting another one. 98% of the junk he returned with should had been taken to the dumpster. The description and pictures compared to items I got was completely different. I do not always have time to go 3 hours or more to inspect items then return again to pick up items. I would think that as a business you would show what is wrong with the items instead of saying items as is and costing me almost $400 for about $50 worth of items. And your guys even making the comment about this was the 3rd time you've tried to auction this off, and people who previously paid for this, refused to take it. The person I had picking up stuff could not reach me to find out what I wanted to do, so they brought it all to me. So now it will cost me more money to haul it to the dump. I have emailed them with no response. I understand everything won't be perfect or new but this is not the first time I've been burned by this company.

      We have absolutely no control over the policies used by the banks of our bidders. We do not take the $1 from the account. It is a hold and release to confirm the card is valid. All items are sold as is, where is and are available for inspection before bidding.
